I’ve dined here a couple of times and would recommended this location. Clean, service is efficient and the food is delicious! The located is a little tricky sometimes to get in and out of but worth the effort. I had the buffalo chicken and classic carol chicken salad with broccoli salad as my side.
Nothing fried here Folks healthy food that’s fast. If you’ve never had the experience of eating at a Chicken salad chick restaurant I highly recommend you give it a shot.

Not sure why today was my first time ever trying this place but I’m so glad I did. Drive thru was fast. Service was excellent. She was very nice to me. Never been treated like that at a drive through before. Food was mouth watering. I came for lunch and I already want to come back for dinner. Also I felt like the pricing was very reasonable for what I got. I will be back!

I’ve always had a good experience here in the past and the food has always been good. As I got to the drive thru, I noticed it was updated and not wanting to hold up a line, pulled off to go inside. There was a woman whose name tag read Karen at the register and she asked me if I was dining in or taking out. I let her know I needed a moment and that someone else could go ahead and then stepped back. She moved on to the couple behind me who also were not ready to order. Then she immediately began asking me again. When I still wasn’t ready she once again asked the other people to order and then pretty aggressively told the woman to step up despite not being ready. I found her tone toward me and the other customers very rude and didn’t appreciate being rushed. I did not continue to order after that. Very disappointed in the service.

This was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick and I will definitely be back.
I loved the food, service, and the atmosphere.
The menu was a bit overwhelming at first but the lady behind the counter helped me understand what I was ordering.
I ended up ordering Olivia’s Old South as a chicken salad melt sandwich on a croissant and a scoop of Jazzy Julie on the side served with crackers. I also received a pickle and an iced cookie.
I ate inside of the restaurant and it is clean and I love the colors and decor.
My sandwich was fantastic tasting, as was also the pickle, the chicken salad on crackers, and the cookie.
My meal filled me up and it cost me $10.86 with tax. Not bad for a great meal that filled me up for quite awhile.

My first time inside Chicken Salad Chick today for lunch. I have to say I was very impressed! I had an original sandwich and it was very good. There were lots of choices on what kind of salads, different types of bread, even croissants! That’s right up my alley, but you don’t have to have bread. I just wanted to see what their classic meal was about. It could have had a little more chicken salad on the sandwich but for $8.99 I was happy. You get a side also. They have several to choose from. They have a soup of the day you can get too, which is what I got. Broccoli cheddar , and it was good. They give you plenty of crackers too . I’m always happy when I get a big pickle on the side, lol

I went with my sister to the other chain place (that starts with Pan. ) a couple months ago and I paid for both. I got the same thing I bought here except Pan. gives you bread with your soup, not crackers. My bill was way over $40, nearly $50, but we did get a huge cinnamon roll, and 2 drinks.
SOO, when I want chicken salad and soup again, it will be here. It’s almost half the price.

My wife loves this place! She ordered The Chick on croissant with a side of broccoli salad and it came with a packet with two cookies in it and a pickle. The landscape out front is beautiful with blooming flowers even in the winter months. I attached pictures of the beautiful landscape and pictures of The Chick.

Not ever coming back to the store or any Chicken salad Chick for that matter croissant was not toasted neither sandwich had any seasoning server inside told me was best she had ever had told me it was better than what she made at home if this is better than what she makes at home she should stop cooking all together I promise you I could go home and throw a rotisserie chicken salt and pepper and some miracle whip together and it would be 10 times better than this
