I ordered two pizzas, the delivery driver couldn’t find me and when I got the pizza and hour and 15 minutes after it was luke warm. When I asked for extra sauce , the sause looks like it was slapped onto the top of the whole pizza like someone pissed another off or were having a bad day and took it out on my pizza, hope and pray I don’t get food poisoning over this. It almost makes me feeling like the movie waiting, you should watch it

I am always on the hunt for amazing pizza in Dallas, Tx. This was my first time visiting Mr. Jim’s pizza and I will say it was really good actually. I usually get extra cheese on my pizzas, but this is super cheesy and the sauce proportion is Awesome! Hot and delicious crust, and wonderful customer service.
I gave it 4 stars because I like a thinner crust and the pizza is a bit oily and had to dab every slice with a napkin. Other than that, loved the XL Pepperoni for $17

I can NOT believe I’ve been sleeping on Mr. Jim’s Pizza for so long. The quality and taste trumps all the other chains in the area. I placed my delivery order online. The website could use a major update, but it gets the job done. I ordered a large specialty pizza (used coupon from website) and a half garden salad. The garden salad was fresh. Delivery time expected.

Maybe they’re running low on help, and the one person working is overwhelmed! I ordered two different pizzas and told them to take the cheese pizza out early because they burn the cheese usually! They completely did the opposite

I don’t know why my son’s name came up when the account is in my name but my name is Mary and I am the one leaving the review.
Mr. Jim’s pizza is usually delicious and has always been perfect in the past. However, the last two orders we have placed have been unsatisfactory to say the least.
The first time was a few weeks ago. We get the order home and my garden salad is lettuce. Only lettuce. So I said okay maybe someone forgot to add the the veggies. Then I realized they didn’t give me the ranch to go on my lettuce. So at this point I’m getting a little frustrated but agin, Mr. Jim’s is usually on point so I thought ok, they are having an off day at Mr. Jim’s. Then we get to the pizza and the pizza is burned. The crust didn’t have the garlic Parmesan crust like we ordered. It was plain. We agreed that this day was just a fluke. We ate it and moved on.
Today we order Mr. Jim’s again and granted they said I could still place an order at 8:50, they close at 9pm. So I was really happy. As we were driving home I realized they didn’t give me a item from my order. At this time they are closed so I can’t call or go back to get it so I just go home disappointed because I’m now remembering last order. Sure enough we get home and the pizza is burned again (photo added). I am really disappointed in Mr. Jim’s. I don’t know what is going on but y’all need to get it together. I’m sure I am not the only customer this is happening too.
My family is worried we will not order from Mr. Jim’s again. I’m sure we will but I will be sure to check the order for all my items and check the quality of the food before I leave the store moving forward.

I prefer this location over Cedar Hill. We ordered 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and 1 beef. When I put the pizzas in the car. I smelled Mexican food. The beef topping smelled and tasted like taco meat. Looking at the menu there is no taco pizza option, except fajita chicken. You all might want to check your beef topping because it definitely tastes like taco meat.There are very few good pizza places around here and beef is my preferred topping, but weary to order a beef pizza from here.
