I changed my review from 2-star to a 5-star. There was an issue with my order, and it happened a couple of times. At first, I didn’t think much about it – stuff happens. People are making sandwiches and sometimes orders are a bit off. But when it repeated, I ended up writing a poor review.
The store manager immediately followed up and called me about the issue. He was very courteous, and to me, it speaks volumes about how he does care about his service and the customers. I feel bad to have harshly judged the establishment, but I think in the end we are all better for it. The store hopefully is more careful in making their orders, and I probably will think before I write a harsh review. I’ll definitely do business with this store and recommend it to others.
This might seem much ado about an order of sandwiches, but there’s more to it. The follow-up by the manager is what customer service is about. He went above and beyond. In an industry where the margins are slim and establishments are dealing with perishables, I understand the pressure the stores have.

Potbelly generally has the best subs, and this location is above average. The line was short at 1:00 on a recent Sunday afternoon, and we had our food within about five minutes of entering the restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. All three subs we ordered were made exactly as requested. The rolls and veggies were fresh and tasty. Also, the chicken salad sub was filled generously, which is not always the case, on visits to some locations. Overall, a solid choice.

Where’s the meat?? This sandwich came with three meats, which I thought was plenty. I never would have guessed just how thinly they slice their meat and only put one layer with these extremely thin slices. Who are you rationing for… just add more meat! However, this is a very clean store with plenty of seating both inside and out. Location is next to plenty of shops. Parking fills up but I never have a hard time finding a spot.

My husband and I were traveling and stopped 15 minutes before closing. Nickey and her coworker were cleaning up the restaurant when we entered.. she was all smiles and very cheerful greeting us. She washed her hands THOROUGHLY and gloved up which really put me at ease. She made our sandwiches, we still had some time on the road so I asked for my toppings to be separate instead of on the sandwich and she did just what I asked for without giving me a hard time. Sometimes restaurants look at you crazy when you have weird requests. Lol it was a short interaction but an extremely pleasant one. Thank you Nickey!

I don’t normally go to this place in person, I order online. But the person taking my order, just made it more stressful . When I would ask him a question, he wouldn’t really clarify it simply. And then at the second station after your bread gets toasted, you cannot see your sandwich coming out so waited and then assumed he had mine and I said tomato and lettuce please and he looked at me like I was a nuisance and said “im doing hers” . Well sorry, I couldn’t see if he were working on mine or not I wasn’t trying to rush him. This is why I order online. This is NOT the first time I have felt uncomfortable ordering here and (at multiple locations)

Literally every time I order from here it is something, four out of four time they have messed something up, first time just like this most recent time they were basically empty yet my food was over 20 minutes later than the promised time and they didn’t even start making my order until I went up a second time to check where the heck it was….i didn’t even customize my order….the second time I was given someone else’s order and had to drive back and get mine….the third time they literally forgot the sauce on my meatball sub….it had three ingredients meatballs, sauce, and cheeks and some how they forgot one of the three….idk what is going on there but they need better training or better management or something because how do you mess up this much and this consistently….

Great service! The Mediterranean is so good! Today I just wanted the potato salad and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie though. The potato salad is always just right. Not to salty or sweet. I love it. The cookies are so good. I keep getting the same kind. I need to try the chili. My store general manager had some and it looked hearty and good. Great place. I like when the lady is there singing. She’s great.
