It’s not your fault but Door Dash sucks. I’m giving a 5 start because Angel was great and didn’t hassle. I’m coming from East Bakersfield, CA and I’m just hungry. No update or anything was going thru. The guy didn’t even stop by the lobby or anything and just left my food at the door. It’s cold now but if y’all can give updated information on the Papa John’s app, that would be great. Angel was very polite and transparent with me. Thank you so much for doing what you did to help me out. May she get recognized for her work. Thank you Angel!

I never complain I normally just deal with it but there literally was no pizza for my kids to eat.. it was huge air bubbles .. no sauce or cheese or meat on these slices I think 2 pieces were fine.. I tried to call told the manager and she put me on hold and never came back I normally love this papa John’s but I splurged to get this for my kids tonight just to have to cooks anyways and waste my money

Call tonight to order Pizza ordering.The Pizza went quite well.The delivery part sucked you see I’m on a walk and I can’t walk very far in the gentleman did not knock on the door nor did he call to say he had arrived or send a text.I found my pizza sitting on my front porch on the step, although the Pizza was good, I’ll not order from Papa. John’s again and have it delivered. I’ll have someone go pick it up for me if I can.

Ordered a pizza half banana pepers and diced tomatoes but on the whole pizza mushroom they put tomatoes all over it and just ended up covering it with cheese and then my wing suppose to be the chipotle bbq with buffalo sauce on the side came as buffalo wings with ranch… I tried to call store no answer so I had to swap my partner food. And even then he barley ate anything.

Came in today usually there’s 2 people working that get the order quickly and im in and out. Today there we’re 4 workers and 2 of them were talking with each other while the other 2 were working. Ordered online and tye order was supposed to be done at 3:03 its not 3:12 and no one has yet to talk to the costumers

I bought a buy 1 get 1 free pizza and they did not send me the second pizza. The pizza they did bring me it was horrible, expensive, it didnt have salsa nothing really. It was dry and thick as cardboard.
