Cost us $56 for delivery (2 mediums + $8 dollar tip– too almost 50 minutes). As an ’80s kid, I’ve had my share of some really REALLY bad pizza, but this Pizza Hut is the worst: no sauce, no cheese (even doubled the cheese on the cheese pizza). And there’s nothing even “regular” about the “super” supreme: NONE of the meat had any flavor, no sauce. Hardly any cheese. Would have rather eaten the box. They have lost our business for GOOD.

I couldn’t even order my pizza, since the woman on the other end of the phone just wanted to argue about the address, and the address I gave her was directly from Google! She was rude, kept talking over me then told me I would have to order online! I dont know if it’s incompetence or just plain being rude, but I ordered from, Domino’s, giving them the same exact address i tried giving her, and it was here in 20 minutes flat!

They have really helpful customer service at the store in Moscow they refunded my order when it ended up at wrong address. Didn’t blame door dash just helped out. Jimmy John’s will never do this.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house. The pizza was an hour and a half late. I called pizza hut and they told me it had been delivered to someone else but they didn’t know who. They never made an attempt to contact me about my missing order. A pizza was provided for me after I called but it took another hour to make it and deliver it. I was informed that I would be given store credit for the late delivery covering the cost of the pizza. I decided to use the credit for an order a week later. I picked up the pizza in the store. While I was picking up the pizza I discovered that I was not credited the full amount but only half the amount I spent on my previous order. The amount credited did not cover the full cost of the new pizza. Despite that I paid the difference and left. When I got to the car I realized that my order was taken incorrectly, so I took the pizza back in and got my money back. There was no offer from the employee to make the order right or do anything to fix it. I do not know if I received my store credit back for the order. I am thoroughly unimpressed with the service.

Every time I go into the Pizza Hut mainly for lunch, the salad bar is always fresh and tasty just love it! I really have always liked the thin crust veggie pizza with extra sauce! Fresh food and service with a smile!

I really don’t like leaving poor reviews… but this is the second time we received undercooked pizza with raw dough, and the first time we requested a refund because of it. To get a refund we had to physically go to the restaurant (pizza was delivered to our home) which defeats the convenience of having pizza delivered. They offered to deliver new pizzas in lieu of a refund but we didn’t want to risk another undercooked order. Will not be ordering from here again. We did receive a refund, minus the delivery driver’s tip (the driver did their job so they deserved the tip) but just something to be aware of if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Miss the old-fashioned Pizza Hut style and the more modern Pizza Hut style is nice. The only thing that is missing is a salad bar. I have dined in there a couple of times, and the service is great and my food came out nice and hot and fresh. Just miss having the salad bar. Aren’t you supposed to have a 4-foot pepper the robot that takes orders?

I ordered online and used points and they were held but part of the order using points never went through. Then once that was figured out they told me they were ready and one of my two pizzas I ordered was miraculously gone. There was also another lady just before me this happened to as well. It’s like watching a bunch of chickens run around back there with their heads cut off!! It is there mess up but they just say sorry and thats it. Used to be if they messed up they comped you at least a drink.

Yesterday, we ate there and we were served by an absolutely great employee called Olivia. Even though it was her second day at work she handled it like a pro. Very professional behavior and her positive attitude made our day better. And the food was great as well. ☺️
