The dough tasted bland. They also do not offer essentials like plates, parmesan, and pepper flakes to eat with your pizza without a charge. They also will not let you sample their other pizza sauce to see if you like it so you can order it next time. I remember why I don’t go to Dominos again.

I ordered 1 deep dish pepperoni pizza with toppings of bell pepper, onion, hot sauce added along with a 8 piece boneless wings. The driver delivered both items when I opened the pizza it had everything but the hot sauce. I check the receipt and hot sauce was a topping I was charged for. I called the store a woman answered and I told her the situation. She tells the manager and they say they’ll send me another pizza but I have to give the first one back which is fine only a few bites out of the one piece was missing. I then asked to get new order of wings so everything would be freshly hot and I’ll give you guys the first wings back as well. The manager gets on the phone says no there only mistake was that they didn’t give me hot sauce on the pizza that I was charged for. I said that I would like all my food to be freshly hot and eat them together because I would have to wait another hour for the second pizza and the wings will get cold. He said there’s nothing he can do if I don’t like it I can call the 1-800-dominos number and complain. The manager said his name was Samuel, he was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was talking to him. This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever had just look at all the other customers reviews that people are leaving… My company and I will never order from them again!

Gosh been doing online orders from here for like 10 years and just had the worst experience of my life. Specially with the manager Marco. My apartment complex is weird and has two addresses, each side has the same apartment number. For example the Warner side has a A7, and the Goldenwest side also has an A7, this is just an example. It’s one complex so easily mistaken. I have never had a problem ordering ever, they have tracking, so I can see that the driver is on the wrong side of the complex, then it says my order is delivered. Except it wasn’t, at least not to me lol. So I called the store they said to wait another 5-10 minutes and to call back if it wasn’t delivered. I waited 20, called back and said I hadn’t received my order, he said he would send out a new order, and I tried to explain how deliveries can be hard here due to how our complex is set up. I can hear in the background who I’m assuming was the driver saying “she’s lying”, when I started to bring this up, I was hung up on my Marco the manager. So obviously I immediately called back now livid. Again explaining the situation, he said how they had pictures of the delivery, did I have a chair in front of my door…and I told him no, I’ve got a sunflower and a cat mat, he continued to defend his driver and say they’d send me a new order…(but why if it’s going to be delivered to the wrong place lol), I cancelled, and will be reporting Marco to corporate for his unprofessional behavior. Was there a pool in the courtyard Marco? Because if not then your driver delivered it to the wrong place and I deserve an apology.
So edit: I wanted to say that almost 2-3 hours after my order the nice owner of the other apartment brought me my pizza, she will also be contacting you. Your driver delivered to the wrong apartment and then called me a liar.

The food was prepared fast and delivered on time. The driver was friendly and the food was prepared ok. I give the location a great review however dominoes quality as whole has went down and it’s reflected in their ingredients and flavor.

Pizza was decent; could have been hotter temperature wise but that’s beside the main point. There wasn’t any chicken on the buffalo CHICKEN Mac and cheese. Just Mac and cheese with buffalo sauce on it. Apparently they only accept cash but our card worked just fine once we said we would have to cancel the order because we didn’t have cash on us. Overall very weird experience and somewhat disappointing food, just go to a different Domino’s.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO’S!!! Terrible presentation. Terrible customer service by the manager. This is how the pizza was delivered to me and the manager made it seem like it was my fault! I opened the box in front of the delivery person and this was 1 of 5 pizza boxes that were messed up. The manager didn’t care. I had to feed my diabetic grandparents this mashed up pizza.
