Firstly, this place was in a great location that gets away from the loud city, and there’s a courtyard for games and surrounded by many wonderful businesses. Secondly, the atmosphere was calming and personalized, we arrived around 4:30pm and got to meet a couple of the staff members immediately.
Now on a more personal side. Garret, he served us delicious and creative drinks and was helpful helping my father and I pick our drinks. My mocktail was so refreshing and sweet, while my father got the opportunity to try smooth bourbons he never got to try before. Excellent service and friendly staff member, we were impressed!
Andrew, the chef that greeted us and helped us to a table, he was very kind and his cooking was amazing as well. The pizza my father and I shared was unique, the ends of the crust soft and salty like a giant pretzel, the meat and flavor excellent, and the pizza was very filling yet we wanted more.
Lastly, to Baylee, we didn’t get to meet her but we wanted to try the key lime cheesecake on the menu. My god, she has talent with baking! The first thing that at hit was the blast of raspberry flavor from the raspberry’s on the top, followed by the creamy texture of the cheesecake, and the aftertaste of lime. The crust was dense and paired perfectly with the fluffy texture of the cheesecake, the lime wasn’t intense.
Visiting this place is a MUST, lively, tasty food, and amazing service.

First time here very impressed. It was a Saturday and busy. We did not have a reservation and had to sit at the bar. Garrett was serving us as the bartender and was very polite and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Food was great.

We love this place. Good pizza and amazing smash burgers. Be sure to order their house made ranch as well. There is a great selection of drinks- wine by the glass, beer, and cocktails. My husband loved that they have Guinness on tap. Our bartender/server was named Jen and she made the experience even better with her friendly personality and quick service.

I’ve been to this amazing place quite a few times in the past couple months. The service was great everytime! The food is delicious! I love that they have cauliflower crust as an option for the pizza. I try something new everytime I go and have loved everything so far. My favorite drink to order is Millions of Peaches and Jena really makes a great one when she’s bartending! She also works out on the floor and has been the best waitress each time I’ve been seated in her area! They also have patio seating so you can enjoy the cool evenings we will be having soon. So, if you haven’t been to this place yet, you should really check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Today was my third time to eat at Whiskey River and just as each time before, the food was fabulous! Garrett was our server. He was very attentive to our needs and super knowledgeable about the menu. My family (party of 8) decided to have dinner here after my husband’s Life of Honor Celebration. Me, being the recently widowed woman whose brains have felt like scrambled eggs for the past 2 weeks, was having a very hard time making a decision on what to eat. Our server was very patient with me and answered any and all questions we had. I was having a hard time deciding on what to eat.Because everything looked good and I wanted to order everything. While that sounds great, it’s not really practical, especially after losing your husband and income. While it was not impressed with my margarita, I was utterly impressed with everything that we ate. We had fried pickles as an appetizer which come looking like long french fries versus the round fried pickles you see in other places. It was served with a housemade southwest ranch, which was absolutely delicious! We ordered seconds of the ranch because we were all fighting over it. We also had their loaded fries, which came with like a queso. Cheat kind of a cheesy dip over it with bacon jam. And let me tell you that bacon jams for real the men, of course had different burgers. Everyone loved their food.No one complained about anything. I have a caperse salad with salmon and it was absolutely perfect. I would eat here every day if it was not so far from my house. I highly, highly, highly recommend this place. Excellent service, excellent food. I will go again even though it’s almost an hour drive for me. Sorry.There’s no pictures, but we were all starving.And the food was amazing. There wasn’t time to wipe our hands, pick up cameras and take pictures.

Had an enjoyable experience at the Whiskey River. Natalie behind the bar made it even better! She’s super friendly, and knows how to make a killer drink. You can tell she actually cares about the customers! The whole vibe of the place is fun and welcoming—definitely a go-to spot. Can’t wait to come back!
