Went there order carryout special large one topping with pepperoni. Got home it was a large cheese. Brushed it off. Was upset. Then this visit three days ago, I mentioned the previous mistake. Have picture proof, and was not offered anything for my previous wrong order. Smh. The younger generation is oblivious to customer care, service, and retention.

So basically I place my order. I spent like $37 and my food was never made. I was told my order will be ready and I had to wait additional 30 minutes for my food to get done. Then a driver takes , my order with her come. Left the store.Then came back to the store hand it over to the manager and he gave me my order. But it had left the building, he would not give me any good service.
And did not solve the problem and he did not give me anything to make me feel better…. I am very unhappy with my service.

Manager made a mistake with my order then refused to change it for me when I told her I could send pics or even a video. I had to leave work and go back to give them back the food before she gave me a refund and even threatened to call the police till she realized I wasn’t scared.

I really enjoyed the pizza at this place! I took advantage of their great deal, two or more 2-topping pizzas for just $9.99 each. The pizza was good, with fresh toppings and a perfect crust. The customer service was excellent, making the whole experience even better. I will definitely be going back!

We ordered a pizza the last Sunday, not an easy one by any means.. the first one didn’t come as we had envisioned. Which nothing against them, it usually comes perfect. The reason for this review is, after calling and speaking to the manager, let me tell you! Not only was he extremely polite and professional in regards to our high maintenance nonsense, he sent out a second pizza immediately and to be honest, it might have been the best Za we’ve ever got from the Papa!!! I wish I could remember his name, but either way, much love Papa John’s and to the whole crew at this store!! Thanks a million! Forget the hut, Papa has our trust! Cheers to everyone there!!!
