The fresh curly fries(HOT HOT) with the ice cold ranch… So good! Ultimate cheese burger too. Great location. Dining room was Clean. Quick. Took our order correctly and polite, but professional. Restroom clean.

No one in line. Waited at least 5 minutes for the lady to take our order. She was rude. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was so soaked in sauce the first bite the chicken breat slipped out the bottom. My stomach was tore UP! The curly fries were good as usual. Arbys are the best.

Hashbrown wasn’t fresh. I dont get why they advertise breakfast all day if they’re not gonna cook it fresh. Or maybe it was this one incident maybe I had a lazy cook this time who knows? The person running the drive through was very kind though and very effective. She was fast and always had a smile on her face. All in all food was meh but service was great. Unfortunately I was already running late for work or I would’ve gone back for a different hashbrown but that doesnt mean Im not willing to give them another shot.

How to hand a customer their food and drink should be done in training day 1. I sat and watched the girl at the window make four drinks and every single one of them had drips of soda going down the side of the cups. It is impossible she did not see it, she simply did not care or consider grabbing a napkin to wipe down the sides of the cups. During the two minutes that she set and admired her long fingernails while she waited for the food to come to the counter, she certainly could have grabbed a napkin. Instead she handed my drink to me, soda still dripping down the sides. I had to ask her if i could please get a few extra napkins, because the cup that she handed me had soda dripping down the side. She handed me the napkins and then shut her window. Not even so much as an apology. I had soda on my hands and some had dripped onto my clothes. It’s a sad tell of the times that people working in fast food no longer have any pride for their job or respect for the customer. This is the first time I have been to Jack in the box in over a year and my last. I will happily spend my money at places like Dutch brothers coffee and chick fil a. Those are places that a customer rarely, if ever, has any complaint, and that customer feels valued. Do better.

We LOVE this Jack in the Box! We made it a tradition to go every Sunday morning for breakfast. Pilar, one of the workers, is incredible! She always remembers us, and shares her smile, and makes sure that we have the best service. There has been times we have literally chosen to go here instead of Wendy’s or another place because we know we will be taken care of at Jack In the Box by her! What a great attitude.

Please do not waste you time by eating feom this establishment. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips combo meal. It was full of heart attack and high blood pressure all in one.Eating the chicken was equivalent to earing raw salt. Then again when I peeled of the breading the chicken felt raw and uncooked. Went through the drive through. I was the only vehicle. They told me “hold on” when I pulled up. Sounded very rushed. Rushed me through my order. I asked for ketchup. She gave me two. I asked for more and she gave me three. Why the stinginess with the ketchup?!!!! She never said thank you and treated me like I was bothering her.
Btw the large coke won’t even come close to fitting in my cupholder. I have a brand new vehicle that was made to accommodate that. Y’all need to do some research before manufacturing stuff like this. Now I have to throw it out because I’m not going to hold it for three hours going to Dallas.
