So let me start off by saying I’ve already left a review but I also ordered again. The food was hot and fresh. I’m very proud of the food made also I must say the employees were very friendly. However there was one guy who’s biceps were absolutely popping he seems very nice.

Please avoid this specific Dominos if possible. I’ve been a lifelong lover of Dominos pizza, and have NEVER had issues at any other location as consistently as with this one. The employees are usually not rude, but almost never friendly or personable at all either. I placed maybe 3 or 4 orders last year, and EVERY single one was wrong. Whether the toppings or crust were wrong, or an item was missing altogether. Because of this, I filed a claim every time, and was emailed back by the manager once or twice with a free pizza offer as compensation. Since they kept giving me incorrect orders, I decided not to come here if possible. But tonight was the last straw. I placed an order around 6 PM. The order was marked as COMPLETE through the tracker roughly around 6:18. I showed up right after 6:20, and was told my pizzas had just gotten done cooking, but one of my other items hadn’t even gotten started. So I was asked to pull around and wait for them to bring it out for me. It was around 6:36 that I decided to go inside because I was running late for work at this point. I went in, waited for the person in front of me to finish, and the employee finally handed me my order. She was very apologetic, which was nice, but I was in such a rush that I just left immediately. I finally had my order as of about 6:38. I get that it’s busy at this time of day, but to mark the order as DONE, then I show up 4-6 minutes LATER and it’s nowhere near done?? So in total I waited about 40 minutes for a couple of medium pizzas with simple toppings. This is inexcusable and unfortunately I will absolutely never visit the Mocksville Dominos again.

On Sunday I decided to take my family to our local dominos for pizza. I had seen the reviews about this place and the food was fresh and the staff were great! I had noticed the guy topping my pizza had a considerable amount of muscles on him the pizza looked great will come again!
