The Hispanic young lady that was in there around 8 pm on 3/6 has got to have the worst customer service imaginable. She rejected to make my sandwich properly and claimed she was out of 4 ingredients I ordered on my sandwich. I asked her if I could substitute them with something else to which she responded with an attitude and said “I’ll give you some ham”. The gentleman in there was cleaning and he seemed nice. Terrible

Whoever controls the inventory for this location needs to be fired. Unless the staff working today was to lazy to stock the line, this store looked empty food wise. 3 people walked out once they heard that this location had no turkey or pepper jack cheese.

The worst $40 I’ve ever spent was a complete waste. The food was so disgusting that I had to throw it away. I brought my family here for lunch, and the lady who worked there was incredibly rude. Every time we tried to talk to her, she got upset. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, the women’s restroom was out of order. We tried using the men’s restroom, but when we told her that there was no soap for us to wash our hands, she said, “Well, I guess there’s just no more.” She continued on with utilizing her phone and had on AirPods instead of actually working or attempting to put soap in the stall for customers or even herself to use. This is very concerning that they’re operating a business probably not washing their hands.

The lady behind the counter had an attitude, only putting a tiny bit of veggies on my sandwich and when I asked for more I got even more of an attitude. At the end I asked for salt/pepper and she covered the sandwich in salt…completely inedible. Worst experience I ever had at a sandwich shop. I definitely will not be going back to any subway any time soon.

The past 3 times ive come here, they cant cut bread because its too hot. Have to wait 10-15min or pick a crappier bread. Meanwhile line just builds up and lunch break is wasted. Because bread is too warm to cut…..

Avoid this place like the plague. Refused to give refund (online order) when sandwich was made wrong. So I insisted they make my sandwich correctly or give me a refund. The worker says she doesn’t know how to refund me and that she won’t make the sandwich with extra lettuce. Yes, all this over extra iceberg lettuce you can get a whole head foe $1 at the Kroger next door. Finally had to insist on them calling a manager then finally got a refund after some lady in line is jawing about the situation. Totally insane. Go to FireHouse subs, Jimmy John’s, Mikes, literally any other sub place on the area than this one. Subway has gone to the dogs. $8 for a veggie sub but won’t give more than “3oz” of lettuce that they don’t even weigh so who knows how much was on there. What a joke.
