Food delivered on time and driver very polite and efficient. Bacon was burnt on the bacon gator tots. Pepperoni Pizza looked like it had been sitting a long time and was reheated causing it to be almost burnt and very hard. Salad was good. First time this has ever happened to me.

To start off, I have been a big domino’s fan for a long time, and the food is usually great, until I looked at the order I received tonight. The pizza was extremely thin for a regular crust (thinner than the actual thin crist), and the pizza was over cooked and broke apart with each piece. The pizza have a few holes from being overcooked. A few of the good aspects were the friendly delivery driver, the breadsticks, and the pizza was delivered in a somewhat reasonable time. Domino’s is usually a great place to get a pizza but I think I’m going to order from a different pizza shop in the future to get my money’s worth.

I had a problem online, & wouldnt do their promotion over the phone. I asked since only half of the pizza was showing what I wanted at check out if they would take my name & watch for my order to come through to have the whole pizza made this way. They were not interested in helping since they felt they were to busy with orders ahead of mine. I often order from here to have pizza parties but will look elsewhere for reliability. Its your job to help regardless of customer volume.

This is the third time we’ve made an order at the Brookings Domino’s Pizza. They’ve got it wrong each time. I probably will not order from them for a while until they get their stuff together. Kind of irritating. But I know we have an employee shortage. Maybe they need a new manager.

In this covid pandemic I went to pickup an online order and none of the employees were wearing masks neither hairnet. My pizza came with a hair in it. Also as nobody was wearing a mask, what if I get affected by covid due to their careless actions. I love their pizza but hygiene matters.

Went to pick up an order and the screen that shows time it said 9min then jump to 32 and then went to 45 mins I said something to Tristen the manager and all he did was smile about it and leaned over to another employee and I heard him say we will just put his order off and i waited and about 52mins later he started my order I was waiting in that store for over 1 hr absolutely unprofessional and customer service is terrible. Look at all the reviews there absolutely 1 star and this owner doesn’t give a shit about his customers from what it looks like and the reply comment say the same exact wording all Bot replys

Ordered 1 pizza and wings @5:30pm, order wasn’t received till 7:45pm. 2 hours for 1 medium pizza and wings? “Absolutely chaos & behind, 2 hour wait” is what I was told on phone. This store has gone down hill since the new manager and staff have taken over, slower than erosion! Definitely wouldn’t recommend

ordered my food at 6:30. said it’d be ready by 6:50 so i waited an extra 10 minutes to leave. got here at 7:05 and they hadn’t even STARTED MY ORDER YET. All the staff was talking and standing around not doing anything. It’s now 7:30 and my SMALL cheese pizza is still not done. how is this acceptable?

This was delivery. Alexander was polite, on time and the food was hot and good. I do like the fact that Domino’s still does their own delivery, the ONLY time i had door dash delivery, my debit card was used again in California the next day several times and I had to get a new one since I’ve never been to California. I prefer the old way of doing things, I think it’s a more trustworthy system.
