The worst sonic I ever visit my wife and kids went last night to get some food but the guy who was attending was not professional at work!! He was mad whit the worst attitude!! My food taste awful seem like they haven’t changed the cooking oil in months u can see my picture something nasty! And when I ask the guy nicely to check my onion rings? I had ordered just chicken bites and pickle fries because I have been wanting pickle fries so bad, and all they gave me were the fried crusty pieces. I could only find one single peice that had pickle in it and it was such a small piece. And that is pretty upsetting when you’re pregnant and really craving pickle fries

Ordered a burger and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks and did not come with mozzarella sauce. Asked for mozzarella sauce and the manger of all ppl tried to argue with me that there was some in there and that was not the case. Then gave me only one when I need two for my order and then argued with me again. Got back to my food and it was cold. Just save your self the trouble and give me the damn sauce lady.

So after being ghosted by Sonic #1 (see previous emotional trauma), I drove 15 minutes to Sonic #2 thinking, “Surely this is where healing begins.”

Nope.

They gave me overcooked fries that could double as construction materials and slapped onions on my “no onion” burger like my preferences were just a suggestion. I didn’t come here to play “Where’s Waldo?” with onions—I came for cheddar bites and peace.

At this point, I think the Sonics are gaslighting me. Sonic #1 ghosted me, Sonic #2 betrayed me. Who’s writing this saga? Nicholas Sparks?

Anyway, I’ll be eating at home for a while. Probably while still watching Sonic #1 from a safe distance.

What an incredible disappointment. I go to Sonic locations all the time. This was by far my worst experience.

The first person to take my order was very short with me, but I didn’t think much as they were busy.

My chili cheese dog was cold and basically didn’t have cheese on it. The fries were cold and when I asked for a replacement, they were very slow about getting me new ones.

Also, my screen was clearly working but they never posted my order. Not a huge deal, but I had to give the guy my card and he didn’t come back for quite some time. Being as it was so busy and that’s not typical, it made me nervous. He did return though.

The only reason it’s not a one star is because I also ordered a small blast and it was decent. Not nearly as much candy as typical, but I’m not picky. The whole bottom half was just vanilla. The ice cream itself tasted good.

There is a reason this place has poor reviews. My double cheeseburger came squished like someone literally stepped on it. The lettuce was just a chunk of the heart that people usually throw away. No care was given in the food preparation. We also waited for over 10 minutes to get our food when there was literally no one else parked or in the drive thru. The employee was nice, but this can by no means be considered “fast” food or good for that matter.

I want to give credit where it’s due- tonight’s order was hot, correct, and fast. The food tasted better than it has in a while and the lady at the window was super pleasant. Whatever changes have been made are a huge improvement!

The cherry limeade I ordered was awful and made me want to throw up. I ordered a number 15 with onion rings and my supersonic burrito has next to nothing on it. Also the burrito was missing half of the ingredients listed on the menu.
