You know, I’m coming in bk for food only, not for a service employee said hi when I come and give me a smile 🙂 it’s enough! and you know, sometimes I come in bad places, where whoppers are not tasty, as they could be. So about MY type of whoppers: they are good here. Fries was not so good as whopper, but it’s not matter, because two small whoppers was fresh and good and were cooked fast and without mistakes. I need bk only for them, that’s it =) thank you.

Placed an order online showed it went through. They’re claiming they didn’t have anything even though I paid for it and we’re zero helpful. I’m trying to figure it out just kept saying we don’t show your name and basically walked off. Told me to re-order if I wanted food Told him that’s a joke. I usually hit a fast food drive-thru when I’m in a hurry and just want something quick. I dropped by this VK location today for that very reason. I had to explain my simple order 3 times. The order was given to me with no straw for the drink and no napkins. With nobody behind me, I backed up and asked for those items. As I’m opening the sandwich, I found there wasn’t any cheese, which I asked for… 3 times. I had to go back, went inside and had to explain it several more times before they understoodwhat I wanted. And these folks expect to make $20 or more per hour? These were adults, not young folks learning about being in the workplace. Sad.

Dec 24th, 12:30 pm. They have no ice, no fanta, no Sprite, no root beer, no COKE! How do you manage a restaurant with no main sodas… What restaurant doesn’t have ice? Or COKE!! Right at lunch time. Tried to submit the survey on the receipt to give my feedback, no code printed and when I asked for it, they just said it’s not working. Spicy chicken sandwich was overfried and the wooper was gross. One of the worst Burguer Kings Ive visited.

I had a coupon for a buy one get one FREE Chicken Sandwich. The menu said they were $5.79. The lady rang up the order for Two sandwiches and it came to $7.59 with my coupon applied. I pointed out the mathematical error and had her check the price for one sandwich $5.79. The manager refused to honor my coupon and was very rude and kept insisting that the buy one get one free $5.79 sandwich was supposed to be $7.59 for Two sandwiches.
The computer and the menu were listing two prices for the same item and they refused to honor the lower price. This manager is not qualified to operate a restaurant.

False ads in drive thru. ordered some whopper jr deal and when I got it the cost wasn’t as it was advertised. when I ordered the item, I read it off the menu as 2 whopper jr for 5$ deal and the dude said ok read it back to me and i ordered a soda. When I got to window to pay the receipt said it was 6. I asked and he said they changed the price. I said in the 10 seconds from me ordering to paying the price went up 20%? What a terrible way to operate. I think if there was less scammy stuff going on the world would be a better place.
The worker could have said when I ordered it that Price had changed instead of repeating back to me that I ordered 2 for 5 ..

I’m leaving a review here because, once again, they didn’t give me my receipt. Didn’t even ask if I wanted it. Of course, when I went through the drive-thru and got to the window, he was too busy taking the next persons order to even look at me. Didn’t even get a chance to ask for sauce before he shut the window.
Was the food good? Yes, though I’m rather irritated that, even though I asked for extra pickles and was charged accordingly, apparently “extra” means 2 more slices. If I’m getting charged .20 for an extra topping, I would expect a decent amount to be on there.
Overall, a bit of an underwhelming experience.
