So I go to this location often, I’m gonna give them four stars because they don’t always get it right but they always make it right and I appreciate their customer service for that. I decided to post about this location now because of my most recent experience not sure what happened with my initial order. I requested two medium pizzas. One pizza was supposed to have philly steak, onions mushrooms and green peppers. Well done, square cut. The second pizza was supposed to be sausage and pepperoni, well-done square cut. What I got was a sausage pizza that was pie cut. The other pizza did not have the ingredients properly distributed, and there were jalapeño peppers in my pizza which I did not request. Neither of the pizzas were square cut or well done. When I contacted the store the next night they told me to come in and they will fix it. They asked me what I wanted. I’m sure they would’ve given me whatever I ordered, not “whatever” I ordered, but you get my gist. I just told them I wanted them to remake the order from the previous night so he re-printed it and remade it and provided me with a drink which happened to be my favorite soda so that was really nice! Perhaps he saw that on a previous order?!? Who knows but anywho, thanks guys!!

Ordered a Cheeseburger Pizza +onion +bacon, boneless wings, and garlic knots. The boneless wings were fine. Garlic knots were completely dry and were missing the garlic sauce that makes them garlic knots… Pizza was completely wrong. they gave us tomato sauce (barely any on the entire thing), and just bacon, onion, and 5 pieces of chicken???? no beef, no pickles, wrong sauce, wrong cheese. Also looked like it was cut, but wasn’t. Walked in and I understand there was only 2 people working on a Saturday night, but come on. Papa John’s app told me the order was ready before we arrived, and honestly I don’t think it was started til we got there. Another person came in for an order and the young man working didn’t acknowledge the person, or ask who they were picking up for. Minutes go by and he’s waiting until the guy making the pizzas came up and the order he was waiting on was sitting there ready the whole time. I just got off a 12 hour shift and I just wanted what i ordered. I’ve worked in food service before and this was overall a bad experience.

Best Papa John’s in the area! Fast service and delivery Brandin and his team are amazing. Even at the dinner rush no drop in service or quality. I cannot forget Tot the oven tender who makes each pizza with that extra special Papa John’s quality! Cannot say enough great things about this location and team.

The manager “Paige” was a great help tonight.
Had an issue with a prior order, which was handled by the store eventually giving out a coupon to redeem a free pizza. Paige worked nicely to fix the issue and cater to the problem.

I’ve been ordering from the Papa John’s on Marsh Rd for years, but thanks to their constant inconsistency, I take breaks just to avoid the frustration. Tonight reminded me why I stopped. I ordered buffalo wings—what I got were plain, dry wings with zero sauce. I called (not yelling, just clearly fed up), and the so-called manager refused to resend the wings I paid for. He told me to “put in a request.” I asked for a refund—he said no.
So tell me—what exactly did I pay for? They mess up constantly, blame DoorDash every time, and never take responsibility…all the while corporate keeps pouring money into feel-good commercials with Shaq, this location can’t even get basic customer service right. I’m over it. Fix your store before filming the next ad campaign.

First let me say DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE the website says no contract delivery a lie. They were out of wings last night NEVER CALLED they delivery driver called me. I called the store and they told me to take it up with DoorDash for my refund NO because my order was placed with you and I want my 12.00 refund. So today I am going back to the store when open and calling my back. But NEVER NEVER AGAIN bad service and they don’t care they think you won’t follow up WRONG you are going to give me my money back for food I didn’t get.

Having a couple of bad orders, it’s time to say something. It’s hard to get sauce on a pizza here, so I started ordering extra sauce so as not to get a white pie. Ordered extra sauce today and got very little. I hope corporate will engage management and employees at this location to bring it back to a competent level again. On a brighter note, it wasn’t burned as badly as the last order!
