The sub, specifically the pastrami, was expertly prepared and of exceptional quality. Furthermore, the bacon salad was generously portioned, with a notable abundance of bacon. The overall experience was outstanding, warranting a perfect score. The service was also commendable, with prompt and efficient delivery of the food, served warm.

We arrived about 15 minutes before they closed, but we were greeted and welcomed. We loved our sandwiches (French dip and turkey/cranberry sauce/pepper jack). We’ll definitely be back.

Went to Main St Deli a couple days ago for the first time. I don’t live in the area or I would go there at least several times a week. Went with several people that all ordered different items and I tried a few different sandwiches, but I personally got the “Hang 10”. I will say, that it was hands down, the best sandwich I’ve had. I’ve eaten a lot of sandwiches at a lot of different places, but something about Main St Deli’s sandwich was different, and way better. The bread was amazing (I had sourdough roll) the garlic sauce was the perfect and gave just the right flavor on top of the Pastrami and veggies. The produce was fresh and flavorful. I’m honestly so surprised at how perfectly all the flavors melded together. The service was great as well, very friendly and helpful staff. Next time I’m in the area. I will go there for sure. You need to try it. Now!

I absolutely love this deli!!! It’s definitely the best in town especially when it comes to quality & quantity and to top that off the staff is friendly and hardworking! Now I look forward to mowing my lawn because of this deli! Once a week I reward myself with a loaded up Shasta after the job is done but now the only problem is now my partner has caught on and she used to not like sandwiches very much so she would get one of their delicious salads but these last few times I’ve noticed mysterious bites out of my sandwich so I set up a sandwich trap and sure enough it was her sneaking in to grab a bite! It looks like I’ll be ordering two at once now! Highly recommended 10/10

Got the #9 sandwich with bacon avocado and turkey on Dutch crunch bread. Awesome sandwich and the bread was softer than normal Dutch crunch so it didn’t scrape up the roof of the mouth.

I was disappointed with this place. I ordered a bowl of Chix Tortilla soup. The soup bowl wasn’t even filled, it had 1 piece of chicken in the soup. It ended more like bean soup. The bread the gave me was toasted, but it like a slice of bread and had a hard stale bite to it. Absolutely not worth the money I paid or the time I lost driving there to check it out 🙁

Main Street Deli is a must-visit in Red Bluff! Every time I stop by, I get The Sac River—loaded with ham, turkey, salami, and American cheese on Dutch crunch bread. It’s always fresh, stacked just right, and hits the spot every time. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the deli has that small-town charm that makes you feel right at home.
