I called to order 6 pizzas to be delivered, & planned to leave a huge tip (always over $2000 so far for our group) for the driver. When I politely said, “I’m sorry, it’s really hard to understand you,” to the person who answered, he simply hung up. Moved on to the next pizza place. Customer service matters!

Make the pizzas fresh. The pizza was very dry and hard. The bread was pretty much toast with way too much sauce and no barely any cheese. I paid extra for pan pizza and was given hand tossed.

An amazing experience with Pizza Hut tonight. The food was as you expect, which was pretty great for a chain restaurant. I don’t commonly write reviews, but our delivery driver was so sweet and kind tonight, I couldn’t let her go without recognition. I believe the name written down is Karlene. After a long and tough day my roommates and I decided to just order in. Karlene was super sweet and bubbly making sure we had everything and let me know what was in each box. This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and I definitely will be coming back! The service was quick and our food arrived hot.

I ordered over $50 worth of pizza and when I got home I discovered that the pan pizzas were not cooked enough- it was not even crisp. The crust was doughy on the

I am writing this review because I called the store to let them know, so that they could troubleshoot the problem, but whomever answered the phone basically told me the 7min in the oven was perfect for cooking the pizzas.
So, a thin crust, thick pan crust, and any other specialty pizza crust all cook for the same 7min? That can’t be right and I should not feel like the bad guy to let them know that my pizza was not done enough. I did not even ask for anything and l was talked to rudely.

Food was excellent as always. Never have any complaints when it comes to the quality of the food at Pizza Hut, but the customer service at this location in Silverdale is terrible. I was on the phone with my fiancé when she pulled up to this location to pick up our carry out order, not realizing they did not offer curbside pickup anymore. I told her to call the store and ask if they could bring the order out to her because she just had surgery on her toe and also had our 2 month old newborn daughter with her. She waits and waits and waits for someone to answer. After several minutes of waiting and seeing employees just walk by the phone, she finally had enough and just walked inside. Then, as she was walking out of the store with our order, and our daughter, obviously having her hands full, the workers just stood there and watched as she tries to get the door opened, not even offering to help or anything. Pizza Hut has been my go to pizza place since I was a kid, but hearing about this experience my fiancé had really disappointed and upset me. Do better Pizza Hut

Not like it used to be. I miss the actual restaurant with the salad bar. Yummy. The pizza sizzling on the side of the hot pan. My now 17-year-old wanted to try Pizza Hut for the first time. We went on his birthday. The “restaurant “has 3 bar-type tables and a table that seats 4 and just some chairs for waiting for your food.
You order at the counter but you do have to wait for the TV screens to cycle through, they went pretty fast, I’d look at the app for the menu.
The order came out fast and hot. Would have liked a fork for the honey BBQ wings, they were hot and messy. The new chicken sausage has a little kick but good. You need a pin to use the bathroom but the door is a bit confusing once you’re inside. I apparently unlocked the door so anyone could have walked in. Lol. Oops.
May get a meal for the family at one point. The closes one is a 30min drive from my house.

Best pizza I’ve had in a very very long time! Whoever the cook was did an absolutely amazing job and the manager was very respectful. Thank you for the amazing pizza and atmosphere, me and my family appreciate you guys deeply.
