This is our third location and we have aspired to be a fun place for people of all ages! We have some of the best burgers, chicken, and perch in the area! We have 15 beers on tap with happy hour daily! Check out our other locations: Rayz Cafe in Genoa, OH or Rayz on the Bay in Bay View, OH! This location opened in July of 2017. With a great team and a supportive community, we look forward to becoming a pilar of the Bellevue community. We hope you give us a try!

Nice little place to go grab a drink and some food. I ordered their cheese burger with onion rings, which was the daily special, it was good! The service was nice, and my drink was good and cold! I’ll be stopping back next time I’m in the area!

Cool spot in downtown Bellevue. Inside seat about 50, nice well stocked bar with several beers on draft.
Food was ok. Lake Erie preach sandwiches with a bit over cooked, but edible. We had apps (mushrooms, pickles, onion rings). They were salty but good. Homemade ranch was on point!
Service was sketchy. Young woman waiting on us had an anxiety attack and had to go to the bathroom suddenly. The other server said it was due to “drama” outside of work. We had to self serve table ware and to go boxes.
We’d do it again but just do apps and beer!

Not our first time here. Tonight the waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed. I ordered a beer and it came in a plastic cup while others were served a glass. The chicken balls were overcooked. We’ve gotten better food from here before so we will probably come back only for that reason

Just ate at Ray’s for lunch. The food was excellent, had a fresh salad and their famous Ballz. Was my first time there and would definitely recommend! Service was really good as well!

Great food! I had wings that were awesome ! Service was great and very friendly. She was very helpful in making decisions. They did renovations inside and it is very warm and homey inside. Definitely recommend! We parked out front, but there is parking around the corner which is diagonal parking. Will try that next time.

We stopped in here on a whim while waiting on the Mad River and NKP Railroad Museum to open. It wasn’t very busy. The food and service was excellent.

Great menu for bar food. Creative local items, bartender was great and attentive, place was clean, bathrooms were immaculate, which is weird to say for a bar, but you can tell the owner takes pride in their establishment.
