Reviews
From the moment we walked in, the hospitality stood out. The host made us feel genuinely welcome, and Pavlo, the passionate sommelier, truly elevated the evening. His enthusiasm is contagious, and the wine pairing was spot on – thoughtful, precise and perfectly matched to each course.
The dishes were well executed and beautifully balanced. The cappelletti with lobster bisque and blue prawn was a highlight, rich yet refined. Their signature dish, the beef bourguignon, had great depth of flavor and a classic profile. For my personal taste, it could have been a touch more tender – a little more time and love on the stove would have taken it from very good to outstanding.
Dessert closed the evening in proper French style, and overall the experience felt harmonious and carefully curated.
A charming, serious kitchen with heart – and a sommelier who makes you want to come back.
-The food took a long time to arrive.
-The service was average — similar to what you can experience in many regular restaurants.
-There were a couple of service mistakes that are not acceptable at a Michelin-starred level.
-When we paid in cash, we were not given any change. While we would have gladly left a tip, it should always be voluntary.
The service was welcoming.
The mittagsmenu is very simplistic featuring limited number of items. Standout item is the duck and that was really well done rich in a sauce but creamy. Proper duck Coq au vin. I would not recommend the fish and chips being it just wasn’t that special nor tasty.
All in all great lunch spot and great Mittagsmenu deal. Without ordering drinks and just 2 mains you can easily spend under 40 euros.
