ordered Yakisoba noodles an got poor looking lo main noodle the shrimp was actually good it wasn’t over cooked but yakisoba isn’t supposed to look like this not sweet or alittle saucy just very bland an dry, the teriyaki chicken I ordered come out good tasted like chicken texture was good they made it spicy like I ask
But wasn’t worth as I wanted yakisoba

Terrible service. We ordered by phone and arrived exactly at the time they gave us. The food was ready, but we waited 15 minutes for the cashier to show up. By then, everything was cold. She didn’t know how to use the Visa machine and seemed lazy. Very disappointing — never coming back.

Food was absolutely terrible. All 3 of us left our plates full and just left.
Chicken was rubbery, vegetables smelled off, spring rolls were mush, tables were sticky, cashier was less than friendly.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Worst restaurant I’ve eaten in Spartanburg. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Worst sushi rolls I have ever had! Half of my tuna roll was discolored; my other rolls had literally a pinch of seafood! Not one single soy sauce packet in any 3 roll boxes even though they explicitly state each one comes with and I paid extra for extra sauces with NONE! The seaweed salad was disgusting! Tasted like soggy old greens with sweet and low sprinkled on top! Absolutely horrible! This is the first bad food review I’ve ever left, but do trust: so much well deserved! Absolutely horrible all around!!!

If I could leave no stars this would be a first! This place has the absolute worst customer service with half the employees speak no English yet not Japanese either! Hispanic people running a Japanese restaurant in the ground! I placed an order by phone at 9:20 and they are supposed to close at 10. I arrived at 9:43 and all lights off with half of employees getting in their cars and 3 others walking or or standing around. I asked for my order and was told they didn’t have it so I asked for a manager and at first he acted as if not to understand so I asked to call the owner, he ten proceeds outside calling the other disrespect phone employee who pulls up and tells me I wasn’t there in time so he closed. I pointed to the sign clearly reads 10pm and he says we stop taking orders at 950! Okay then where my food it’s only 946 at this time so again please call the owner and get made a face rolled his eyes and pulled off! This is a good way to soon have to shut your doors! Very sad because this was once one of my favorite places I ordered from weekly. Similar situations in the recent past but not this slack! Again totally unacceptable people! I do not recommend doing business with this establishment and would highly recommend fuji express they will appreciate your business and have been around much longer!

Cashier was rude. Was talking to some man about her personal life instead of fixing orders. Only customers in the store and still took almost an hour to get food. Serviced all the door dash and to go orders but wouldn’t fix ours. Never I’m sorry its taking a bit longer then expected.Just completely ignored us and carried on with her conversation about her house, where she bought property, Yada Yada. Finally got our food almost an hour later. Asked for a to go box, she asked big or small. My husband said mucho grande. She said THATS SPANISH in a smart, rude way as if he offended her by saying that. So rude won’t be back can get better, faster service elsewhere with out the ATTITUDE !

Honestly great Hibachi! Had the 12oz Filet Hibachi. I wish I could give them more stars. It was delicious. I would highly recommend. Second time we’ve had it this week! Amazing

The Asian im guessing thats a woman behind counter is beyond rude and has a very nasty attitude.
The restaurant smells like the septic tank has backed up.
Just walking thru the door will make you forget your appetite.
