This was one of my favorite food trucks on the island. They understand vegan, you can choose your spice style, huge portion, fast service.

The price was perfect as well!

The pad Thai was the star of the show.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend!

We all have problems. Some problems are bad problems. But some problems are good problems. Aloha Thai Fusion presents good problems. Every time I visit, I eat too much. It’s just so tasty! My most recent visit I had the Thai basil pork. At first bite I thought it was just spicy. But as I tucked into it, and got into the sauce… amazing! I couldn’t stop eating until it was gone. On a previous visit I had the cashew stir fry with shrimp. That was delicious from the first bite. The day before that, I had a chicken dish that was also delightful. If you’re anywhere in the area, you need to give these guys a shot. Based on my experiences to date, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Had my heart set on shrimp pad see ew from this spectacular food truck. Stuff is incredible and very welcoming. Only downside was I accidentally was served chicken pad see ew and didn’t realize until we drove away. The 5 star is a testament to how amazing the food and experience was. Perfect flavor, tender chicken. I expect the shrimp dish would have pushed it over the top as epic. Highly recommend.

May be the best Drunken Noodles I’ve ever had. Went with level 8 out of 10 on spice! Highly recommend!

5 star atmosphere as that it is a great way to start your island experience. The surrounding food trucks, scent of fresh fish cooking, fusion flavors everywhere. I had the drunken noodles, amazing person behind the window and great flavor. As it is Thai Food I would like to provide my experience on the “spicy”. I did “medium” would recommend a 6 or 7 if you like enough spice to feel it!

Very nice people, but the food was not good. It was very bland. I had the Pad See Ew and was very underwhelmed. My daughter got the red curry and the chicken tastes like it had been boiled. Chicken was dry…somehow in the broth . The fried banana roles were covered in cheap log cabin (or some such) syrup. The bananas had a good flavor, but the syrup ruined it. Very expensive for what seemed like low quality ingredients to me.

I took the ginger stir fry with tofu and it was just amazing! The gingery flavor was sharp and delicious. It came with two scoops of rice and was perfect to fill me up! Definitely must try if you’re at Maui!

Very underwhelming. Pad Thai had no flavor, Calamari appetizers were 3 slabs of squid fried. Texture was chewy, no flavor. BBQ was bland. No balance of flavors, sweet/sour that you’d expect from Thai food. Better options on Maui. Small and expensive servings.

Service was great – friendly workers! Food was also great! We ordered the pad see ew & pork laab. The 3 star spice had a good kick to it – happy medium for my bf & I.
