Today I ordered on line so I didn’t have to leave motel. Sage motel in muscatine google it were I’m staying nothing special just large pizza with light on the sauce. And bread sticks were cold With ranch sauce. I’m staying maybe half a foot ball field away from pizza hut. Pizza I ordered I put light on sause I got one with not a drop of sause and cold.. Told woman I ordered hot pizza light on sause not no sauce she just stood there a grinned like a idiot. Then she told me light on the sauce means no sause. So guy made me new pizza but they would not refund cold bread sticks and didn’t give me ranch sauce either. Stay away 30 bucks wasted on this place.

I’ve got to say, the food was amazing. we walked in and the atmosphere was, well i guess you could say lonley. I’ve been here 5 times this year and none before 2025 every time the food has been beyond amazing. although I have yet to see another soul in this place and I still have yet to figure out why. The workers are… interesting to say the least and as we walked it we had to wait 3 minutes before we were acknowledged. At the counter we were looked at like aliens. But as we were sat there were no napkins, straws, or menus given to us and we were expected to know what we wanted immediately. Once we were given the menus and ordered the food came fast, looked amazing, and truly was delicious. I am in disbelief on how they are still in business, but I am glad they are just because of how the food was absolutely incomprehensible to the human taste. A wild experience to say the least but still, 5 stars.

I ordered a boneless 16 piece. Sweet chili and bit into a bone. And i call the manager.And when I try to get a refund, the lady said. I’ll just give you an 8 piece back. And she just kept on arguing with me

I took the family there during lunchtime on Oct 1st – 2 personal pans and one large Supreme.
All were amazing – I couldn’t find one single thing wrong with the entire experience. The waitress was nice, pleasant, et cetera. Over all the restaurant was very clean.

Ordered a large stuffed crust and they gave us a cold, yet burnt, NOT stuffed crust pizza. I’m not sure how it was cold because we sat at their window and waited for the pizza because they said it wasn’t ready. The breadsticks just weren’t the same as before. Also, when I tried to call them back and tell them what they did wrong, they gave me a recording and I sat there and waited to talk to somebody and then they hung up. Still haven’t gotten ahold of them. Not impressed, this is usually my spot for pizza. Will definitely reconsider.

This is the 2nd time we have gotten terrible service.
This time everything was wrong that we ordered. The girl took 10 min. to take an order for 2 pastas because her English was so bad. (I don’t fault her for that but maybe taking the calls is not the best position there for her)
After repeating it back to me 5 times she finally read it back right. But it was still wrong when we got it. We also ordered bread sticks and got cheese bread. When I called to tell them our order was wrong the person who answered was rude and made it sound like it was our fault because we asked for changes instead of ordering it the way it comes on the menu. She also made sure to tell me she works in over 20 Pizza Hut locations, as if I cared by then. Rude is rude. She did decide to fix one of the pastas we ordered and offered to bring missing toppings from the other on the side. BUT GUESS WHAT CAME BACK WRONG AGAIN!!! Actually looked as if they deliberately made it worse.
The only thing good was the delivery driver. She was very pleasant and professional. (Even during snowy weather)
Time before they left the pizzas between doors at my work. When we called about them not showing they told us they left them between the doors as if we should have looked outside for it??? Pizza was cold if course. They did nothing to fix the situation but send a gift certificate. So all of us got food for our break that night.

Food was fresh and hot but it was very greasy. The service was horrible. Took quite a bit of time to get one pizza and once we got our food we were never checked on once. We had to go for the counter ourselves and wait about 5 minutes until someone finally came to ring us up. 1 large pizza and 4 20 bottles of soda for $39 and some change is ridiculous.

Genuinely the greatest calzone of my entire existence on this planet. Did not expect to go to the barren Muscatine Pizza Hut that receives NO foot traffic, get looked at like I was an alien, sit down, order, and be graced by something so delectable that I was convinced that the rapture was ensuing.
