The General Manager (Ryan) delivered our pizzas himself. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly. The pizzas are always good too. My boyfriend is dairy free and I am gluten free and we have never had any issues with getting pizza we can eat.

Horrible staff, they are either never polite or just rude. The food is never good. The pizza is dry, wings barely have any sauce in them. The staff never uses glove and again, none of the staff have a drop of professionalism.
I ordered delivery and they did not even deliver my Coke and sauce sides. Had to call the store and they said its gonna take another 20 minutes. No apology, rather tried talking back because I did not get what I paid for. Management really need improvement.

Tried to order, it got cancelled and refunded. Changed my order, again cancelled and refunded. Tried to call, got put on hold. Never had a good experience at this dominoes, of course I can’t change the store location because this is the closest one. I ordered this at 9:30pm on a Monday, not like it was right before close.

1. Has roughly half the amount of standard toppings. E.g. Sausage is 1 per slice, cheese is much less than regular. You have to request “extra topping” to get the same regular amount as other places. This ends up costing a lot more.
2. Non existant service. Noticed this place puts the blame onto customers, not their employees. No communication, no improvement next time.
3. Never honors custom orders. Well done bake? Nope. Square-cut? Nope. Light reduced sauce? Nope. Remove a default ingredient? Nope. 3/5 requests were simply ignored every time.
Not a one-off incident either, they will deliberately ignore your custom requests, make big mistakes, realize halfway that they made the mistakes, ignore them anyway, not communicate any of this to you, and will give you the “we are too busy” excuse when later confronted, when there are 5-6 people working leisurely and digital order panel visibly shows they are in fact, not busy.
Friends have all had similar experiences with complex orders beyond just 2 topping.
4. Cheese indicates frozen ingredients here are not thawed properly. Could be a health and safety issue.

Ordered two pizzas….service was fine, facility clean….one pizza baked fine but second one was very undercooked, especially in the middle. Strange since both pizzas were the same and ordered at the same time. Had to put second pizza in the oven at home to finish baking it as was just too undercooked to safely eat or enjoy.

Really appreciated the closing staff tonight! Got off work late and ordered food pretty close to close. After having some issues with the order, a very generous and kind employee, Ania. I placed an order for $100 worth of food for my son’s birthday party. I placed the order the day before and paid with my card (as I always do). This was a delivery since it was my son’s birthday party and I didn’t want to leave to get food. The delivery came and then the driver told me I still needed to pay for the food. I said, “No, I paid in the app with my card.” He said, “No, it says here you need to pay” and showed me the receipt that showed that I still owed. I didn’t have that much money in cash hanging around. I LITERALLY had to collect money from GUESTS in order to pay for this order. I was so flustered and embarrassed.
Later, I went and checked the receipt and checked my order. The order DID say it was paid through the app. I have tried contacting the company for over 2 weeks now and no one will get ahold of me to fix this.
Never will I ever order from them again for an order this large if this is the kind of errors they make and they won’t even own up to it and make it better. We will definitely be thinking of a different place to order from for my daughter’s birthday party this weekend.

“I ordered a $22 pizza and paid $25. The girl working there asked if I wanted the change, and I said ‘maybe yes’ because I didn’t fully understand her. Still, she kept the change without waiting for a clear answer. Normally, you’d get your change back and then decide whether to tip or not. What bothered me more was that she didn’t say ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ after taking it. Disappointing experience due to her lack of courtesy
