I’ve been a customer of this Dunkin donuts for many years. I remember when Gibson first started. Some years I was there more than others due to convenience of where I worked at the time. The past two years I’ve been going there 2-3 times a day, 5-7 days a week faithfully. I know alot of the employees by name, just to name a few of the great employees that I have interactions with on a day to day basis…Rita, super helpfu, answers any questions or concerns I havel; Stephanie, she’s not on the ball, she’s way ahead of it, a super amazing and efficient employee; Nick is my go to in the afternoons. Takes his job seriously and professionally,I know I can always count on Nick to take care of my order.
With all that being said, lately I have been displeased with a situation that I have been encountering. With the colder weather coming into play, I’ve been ordering hot coffee more rather than my usual cold brew, in particularly the midnight.which is for the most part not a problem except for when I go there at 5pm. I was told originally that they stop making it for that time frame so I went to the Dunkin donuts on Chase Ave and ordered it no problem. The next day I asked Nick about it and he said he would take care of it. The next time I went at that time frame, I was told that it could be made but the pot was not clean and had burnt residue in it so…yeah I opted out. It’s a little unsettling that I have to go out of my way to another Dunkin donuts that closes at the same time, and most importantly, I am not a valued customer of. I’m not sure if this is a internal policy of this particular location to stop making certain coffee after a particular time or …

I’ll rate this a 4.2, but the staff put it much closer to a 5.0! For years, I’ve wondered, is Dunkin’ a donut shop that also sells coffee OR a coffee shop that also sells donuts. I’m not a coffee drinker, nor do I eat donuts anymore, but I bring my dad to meet with his friends every week — you could set your watch by them and they’d been meeting at this same location for years. The owner and his staff are always wonderful, and people always tell me that Dunkin’ coffee is top notch. It’s hard to pass up so many of their great looking donuts, but I give this place high praise just the same. Two wide handicap parking spaces right in front and clean bathrooms!

The manager Rita is horrible. I am a regular and I constantly see her degrading all the young employees, it is very sad to see because she herself seems to have a lazy work ethic and a rude attitude, will no longer be coming here.

I come here every morning and I never had a problem like this ever , I come in the afternoon @2 and order myself a wake up wrap and I noticed paper in my wrap half way through eating ! I am 30 weeks pregnant this is unacceptable and the employee need to be more observant on what and HOW they make the food !

On 7/28/25 I visited this dunkin while on a break of my job. I watched the training manager berate and insult, what looked to me like, a hardworking young male employee. This young man never once raised his voice at the manager, he just continued to work. As a customer it was very uncomfortable and hard to watch. I hope that someone will retrain this manager so she can treat her employees with kindness.

I stopped here while going to a training class in Waterbury…very happy with the service and how fast they were. I say outside for a bit before I left and people seemed to just walk in and out quickly. They’re definitely on top of their game here.

All I asked was for 4 pumps of Carmel and extra almond milk. The color of the coffee is suppose to be light brown, like a beige. That is how I always get my coffee at any other dunkin. When I asked the man to fix the coffee at the window and add more almond milk and stir the Carmel, all he did was dump the ice out and gave me a spoon to stir it myself. Incredibly poor service. I didn’t even drink the coffee. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve asked for my money back. A order so simple couldn’t be even done.

Good food, but the service is trash. Every time I put in a pickup order, it’s never ready. When I get there, it doesn’t matter how early I put the order in. I did it 20 minutes ahead today, and they didn’t start my food until I got there .
