The service was very good despite the counter girl having computer slowness issues. My food was hot and fresh.
My only issue with this place/visit was the condition of the walls. The hallway has a large hole in sheetrock and the lobby has numerous small holes were something used to hang there. This may seem minor to some people but it is the little things that make a 5 star.
Overall I thought this place was an okay stop.
I would come here again.
The service is horrible, as if I am an inconvenience to them, let alone they then like to just “toss” the bag after you pull up.
Leadership is lacking.
Hardee’s, listen. It’s obvious breakfast is your money maker. Just serve breakfast all day and, maybe, you’ll stay busy all day. Maybe the mornings will be less crowded and stressful and business will be dispersed more evenly throughout the day. Maybe I’ll have a gravy biscuit for breakfast and a steak biscuit for dinner on the way back home! Come on, folks. I’m serious.
I went to the counter to order. No less than four (4) employees looked DIRECTLY AT ME (including the manager-on-duty). NO ONE SAID A WORD TO ME. I waited for someone to take my order for 3-4 minutes. Employees were milling around the front, occasionally making eye-contact with me, moving as if in slow motion. Again, the restaurant WAS NOT BUSY. After being COMPLETELY IGNORED for those 3-4 minutes, I decided to leave and go eat at Wendy’s. (Which I did.)
If they had been busy, I would have understood. I’ve worked in the fast-food business, so I know how it can be. But for NO ONE to say anything to me – INCLUDING THE MANAGER – after LOOKING DIRECTLY AT ME – that is beyond unacceptable.
Congratulations, Hardee’s. In a small town with limited restaurant options, you’ve managed to lose me as a customer. It’s a difficult feat to accomplish, but you succeeded.
