Just wanted to say that the meals are amazing and knocks out fast food joints. The cost is the same and the quality of food is amazing. The west Hempstead staff are on point. Especially Brad and Logan. The place is clean and if you get their app you can earn free food. I enjoyed the place and the music is so relaxing. You can come with a laptop and do work while enjoying a Philly Steak ,hambuger , salad, shake.

Chicken fingers were burnt (blackened). Ordered 2 hamburgers with nothing on it and got 2 double patty burgers with mustard/ketchup/onions/pickles/lettuce/tomato where they are inedible.

I was in the mood to try something new while I was in West Hempstead. I didn’t know anything about wayback burgers. The immediate feeling was that it felt like a mom-and-pop shop which is hard to find nowadays. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the chicken bacon ranch lettuce bowl. You can also get that as a fry bowl. I also got a strawberry hibiscus lemonade which was also great. You don’t always have to go to the super big chains. Support this business. They have lots of options. Check them out. Bonus they have a rewards program.

Well, well, well what can I say these burgers take me way back if you know what I mean every month every bite every crispy every right if you know what I mean. I’d marry this burger. If I could well I got was the burger with the onions. It was fantastic that took my mouth on a joyride to heaven. I loved it so much.

Waited for a single order Cheezy Burger for 27 minutes today (target time 12:03pm, actual ready time 12:30pm). Politely asked halfway if they forgot my order and received an attitude from the cook as if I was a second class citizen. Please brush up on your efficiency and customer service skills and common decency skills talking to another human being. I felt like I was being talked down to like if I was a stray dog. Will be going to another chain from now on.

I normally do not like writing negative reviews. But I’ve been to the way back burger in East Meadow and I had such a great experience. I found out there was a Wayback burger in West Hempstead so I wanted to try out this. I had such a bad experience here the floor was sticky. The person that took the order messed up my order when the food came out, it was cold. I will never go back to this location.

I really don’t understand how a place can survive the burger competition around Long Island without seasoning their food. I want to say it was mediocre, but honestly it was bad. None of the sides, onion rings, tater tots, and fries even had salt. The chicken fingers were over cooked and also under seasoned. The burgers were edible but again, literally no seasoning. Most other places around are better.
