I really like this market District Giant Eagle bakery actually the entire store as soon as you walk in greeted with a warm welcome from the front staff employees and just even the staff walking around very helpful. The bakery has a lot of sweet baked goods and you can tell how fresh it is because they’re baking everything on site I love it. Excellent customer service all aroundkeep up the good work.

I hate to say anything bad about the bakery because everyone is so friendly, but I spent 70 dollars on a half sheet cake for a kids party and the writing on it looked absolutely terrible. There was also a mysterious hair on it, it’s in the picture attached.

Great selection of foods in this very large grocery & more store. Nice produce, and meat counter along with the seafood area too. Very nice bakery. Great deli and artisan type cheeses. Many ethnic and specialty foods also. Customer service has always been very helpful and courteous.

The Bakery had ample stock and freshly made. Very large store, well lit, big aisles, organized, clean, and well stocked. They had less flowers than I expected and a bit pricey. They gave ample parking and checkout clerks.

The cashier took his time, hoping I would bag my own groceries. The cashier next to him, kept turning around and staring (not helping). 1 cashier sat there and played on his phone. And 2 managers (or supervisors) stood at their stand, laughing and joking, not helping at all (they were 10 feet away). VERY disappointed in the staff this visit. They try so hard to get you to go through self-checkout, and now, when you don’t, they try to get you to bag your own groceries now. Very disappointed in the staff this visit. I think, IF I use Giant Eagle again, instead of other companies, I wouldn’t go to this store, but go to the one in Brunswick.

Great store with hand held scanners so you can scan and shop and avoid long lines. Friendly staff. Unique items you may not see at other Giant Eagle stores. Huge adult beverage section. They have even had live music on Friday evenings.

Very busy shopping experience but overall wonderful!
We shopped for ribeye steak, sliced cheese, and some carbonated water. Great and wonderful place that is similar to a Harmon’s or a Wegmans. It was clean and had most everything you would need. The ribeyes were huge!
