Relatively new restaurant, but absolutely didn’t disappoint! Went there on a day when I was looking for Jain food (prepared without onion and garlic). Found out from reviews that they can prepare and they absolutely did a great job with it. Most of the menu items can be prepared Jain style. I got paneer labaadaar and chapatis, and both were amazing. The combination of fresh chapatis w/butter and paneer gravy was so appetizing.. They also offered complimentary hot tea which was an unexpected bonus. The server was very courteous and attentive.

I found this place purely vegetarian and great options of vegan food. Must try, the flavors were distinct and on point. I tried the indo-Chinese. They have got tiffin options as well and frozen momo to enjoy at home. Do visit, you will love the deliciousness. Chef Tirthraj Ji is very humble and talented, kudos to him.

Worst catering experience ever – avoid this place ⭐
We placed a catering order for a birthday party: one full tray of naan and paneer butter masala. What we received was beyond disappointing.
The naan was unbelievably thick, dry, and inedible. Not a single guest touched it. I am attaching a photo showing almost the entire tray of naan left untouched after the party—that alone speaks volumes about the quality.
The paneer butter masala was equally bad. In a half tray, there were less than 30 pieces of paneer. For a catering order meant for a group, this is completely unacceptable and feels misleading.
What made the experience even worse was the owner’s response. Instead of taking responsibility, they said I should have left my own birthday party and brought the naan back the same day for them to “do something about it.” That expectation is unreasonable, insensitive, and shows zero respect for customers.
This is not just bad food—it’s bad service, poor quality, and worse attitude. Catering orders are for events, and ruining someone’s celebration with substandard food and then blaming the customer is unacceptable.
Worst restaurant, worst customer service, and worst people to deal with.
I would strongly advise others to stay away, especially for catering or events

I ordered the veg biryani from Fusion Tadka, and overall it was ok. The flavors were decent and the portion size was satisfying, but it could have been better. The biryani was not served hot, which took away from the experience a bit. It was also quite heavy on the masala and lot of potato, which overpowered the other flavours. With better temperature control and a more balanced seasoning, it could be much more enjoyable.

Dine in. Table for 2. Ordered paneer sizzler, veg biryani and palak chaat. Sizzler is a must try. Chaat and biryani tasted good. I will give 5 stars for the food, however I felt the service was bad. The lady who served us did not care to bring or call for cheque. I had to get to the counter myself to check with her.

Dinner at Fusion Tadka was fantastic! The service is amazing and Riddhima, the host, accommodated all of our dietary needs. We tried the buffet as well as several items from the menu, they were not only delicious but also had the warmth and flavors of a home cooked meal. We’ll definitely be returning there soon!
