We had about 8 orders and they finished them pretty quickly! We didn’t have to wait long at all. The bagels and sandwiches we got were amazing and so delicious! I’m only visiting and in town for holiday, but I’m so glad I grabbed breakfast here!

These are THE best bagels I’ve ever had – so soft and flavorful. I highly recommend the jalapeno fire bagel as a sandwich or just with cream cheese. They make an excellent iced chai latte with soy milk too.

Perfect as always! Came here again but this time with friends. It was their first time at Willy’s. I got an ultimate breakfast bagel sandwich and hot jack-o-lantern mocha. Both were delicious. Quick service as usual. I actually came back inside after we were done talking to grab a smoothie for home. (It ended up being in a tiktok on accident lol). Can’t wait to come back again

Edit: 2 years later we decide to give it another chance and are told we cannot call in our order! We have to either come in or order through Door Dash? Ridiculous that there’s no personal service anymore or options for those who don’t wish to open a door dash acct yet still wish to minimize wait. Forget this place!!
I would consider myself a consistent customer, have enjoyed friendly service, but today at about 12:40 pm we came in to order lunch. There were 3 people ahead of us waiting. When they were helped we were told “be with you guys in a moment”. No one ever came back after about 5 min we leaned in to ask if they were open for orders. We ended up choosing to go elsewhere where we felt our business was wanted.

Shrinkflation hits the bagel world never seen ones so skinny. The everything bagel is strangely flavorless. Also what’s odd is the owner and managers are men but they exclusively only hire young women to work there.

When I arrived the place had a lot going on although, a fast service. The arrows on the floor pointing where to order could use a little help again. It was a tiny bit confusing. Although,
the Bagels were great! The employee at the register was kind. Very helpful on making sure our order was correct as ordered. Thank you for being friendly and patient. This is a nice place to grab Lunch. Willy’s had this tone where it’s grab your attention, don’t think I ever seen that elsewhere. Thank you for lunch, being friendly and patient.

Amazing bagels. Lots of savory and sweet flavors. I make it a priority to come here every time I’m in town from Utah. Creme cheese is a 10/10. Coffee is good. Definitely come here!

Thought I’d stop for a quick breakfast after the gym. I’ve never been here before. The way to the register isn’t very clear, but the bagels looked tasty. The person who took our order was kind, and repeated the order to us, which was correct on the screen: one Florentine bagel, lite spread, one bacon egg sandwich add tomato.
It came out pretty quickly
My bagel was just cream cheese. Lots of it. I asked them to remake as the Florentine sandwich. She came back even quicker with a sad excuse for a sandwich- cut lopsided, soft and soggy, GLOBS of cream cheese, and all my fillings falling out of one side – 1 and a half egg patties?? Bacon and tomato. No spinach which was the whole point of Florentine.
I could understand if they were slammed but they had an average amount of customers, plus at least 5 people behind the counter.
Food came out quick and the quality of it suffered. Half assed and inedible. Unfortunate. I won’t be back.
