I was trying to order in the app for the, buy a footlong get one for a $1, but the app was not working. So I had to go to the store. I told the girl at the window that the app wasn’t working and that this has happened before. She said there was nothing she could do and I was going to just have to pay the full price. She did not even try.

$9 a sandwich is too much for rotten lettuce. Also stopped leaving a tip because service is rude and all around quality has plummeted. Idk who has taken over this place, but it use to be a good place to enjoy a sub, but not anymore

The building is clean. The guys behind the counter were friendly. They washed hands and changed their gloves several times as I stood in the building watching. Bathrooms were clean. Watched them go in to refresh them after each use. Had an issue with one of my sandwiches. But the guys made it right and offered several solutions. Greatly appreciated.

Worker on purposely cancelled my mobile order because I guess they were too lazy to make sandwiches. Too busy talking. Go inside to order because your mobile order will be canceled so they don’t have to work. Shut this subway down.

The staff are cold and they limit the amount of toppings you can receive due to “inventory”, which I have never experienced at a Subway location. We will not eat here again.

My husband just went to get us both a sandwich he went through drive-thru and me and my one year old are sitting here taking bites and I bit into this not only am I mad about whatever this disgusting stem looking think is my sub wasn’t toasted like I wanted as I am pregnant and can’t eat lunch meat unless heated and I watched my husband press the button y’all need to do something about this

I’ve went to a bunch of subways that were way better than this one. I ordered me and my boyfriend dinner and it was over 30 just for 2 sandwich meals. I wanted it delivered. When we got our food my sandwich had flatbread and there was white spots on it, brown and yellow lettuce that was slimy and gross, and plus my food wasn’t all that warm. My boyfriend said that his bread was stale, overall gross. His had bad vegetables on it and didn’t look good like it should’ve. I get the same thing from every subway I go to and this one was just not it. Even the chicken on it was gross. Definitely don’t recommend getting food from this place.
