So I like Popeyes, but my 16 pieces of tenders was mostly “tenders” that average between 2 and 3 inches long. They have about the same amount of meat as a single chicken nugget. The staff accidentally gave me 2 boxes of biscuits instead of any chicken on my pickup, but they were very nice about it and fixed it right away. Whoever buys the food for them to cook is not doing a great job.

Service was quick. My Spicy Chicken sandwich was good. I asked for extra pickles and they loaded my sandwich down with pickles as seen in attached pic. Person taking my order asked if I was eligible for a discount and proceeded to list discount qualifications. So I received a dollar off. Very clean restaurant. Clean restrooms too. Appears new. Please like this review. Thank you!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a WHILE. For one, the lady who checked me out, Shacara, (name left on receipt) was extremely rude when I was ordering. She kept cutting me off and rolled her eyes when I asked a question about the sides. THEN, my order came out completely wrong. I received NOTHING that I ordered. Not one item was correct. I go up to the counter with my receipt, and she starts huffing and screaming, yes screaming, saying, “You got what you ordered”. I bring the food to the counter where I show her that I received tenders, not wings, and a classic sandwich, not a ghost pepper sandwich. She then screamed, “You wasn’t clear enough when you ordered”-which again, doesn’t make sense because the receipt showed exactly what I ordered. Do NOT go here. Upon leaving, another lady approached the counter with her food being inaccurate as well.

Chicken was hot, fresh and spicy!! Biscuits were still steaming hot!! Mashed potatoes, macaroni n cheese, and Cajun fries were all hot and fresh too! All the food was so good and tasty!! The drive thru crew here is very friendly and fast!! They did forget all the dipping sauces ordered, and any eating utensils…but they were super busy!! Thanks Popeyes crew for a great lunch, we will be back!!

The lady taking the orders for the drive through was very impatient and rude. My order wasn’t even big or difficult. No changes or special instructions. They gave me fries instead of the mashed potatoes. Fries were stale and the chicken had the texture of an eraser block. Definitely over cooked and dry. The only saving grace was the sauce. I love popeyes but this location definitely does not hold up.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. From the start, the woman at the window was noticeably rude, which caught me off guard as I always try to be polite and friendly. I pulled around as told. She opened the window, gave me a look like I had done something wrong, and said, “pull up to the next window.” We waited there for about 20 mins.
When we received our food, nothing was said—not even a simple greeting or confirmation. My daughter asked for sauce because there was none in the bag, and there were also no utensils or napkins. The employee walked off, and came back again without a word. The chicken and fries were good. The mashed potatoes were a jello like consistency. The Mac n cheese was dry.
Despite the attitude and rude looks, we remained kind, but it’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like a bother just for picking up food. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this Popeyes location in Cleveland.
The owners response to this post is clearly a joke. As you can see from the reviews posted after mine, the problem was never addressed. This appears to be a systemic failure. It’s one of the lowest rated restaurants in Cleveland, TN.

This is by far the WORST restaurant in Cleveland and that’s saying a lot. I don’t normally write reviews but since I have tried to offer my business to this restaurant 3 times and each time it’s the worst experience. We were told almost 4 hours to closing we don’t have any chicken legs, they sell most of their dark meat on first shift!!! WTH!!! A chicken place cooks chicken all day long. We ask why they wouldn’t cook anymore and she just RUDELY said we don’t make chicken if we can’t sell it all. when this restaurant first opened, the first two times was fine, not great but fine. Then after the RUDEST and LAZIEST employees and management. They will not be in business long. My family will NEVER go here again. Lesson learned, no more second chances. DISGUSTING excuse for a restaurant and friendly service is non existent.

Huge shout out to Popeye’s on APD 40 Cleveland Tennessee.. I was at the window picking up my son’s order and Eric came to the window to tell me that it was going to take just a little bit longer as he dropped some fresh dippers ( don’t ask me what them are ) He said as he was checking the bag to make sure all my food was in there, He did not like the look of them and thought to himself if I wouldn’t eat them due to the way they look, as they just don’t look great, so he dropped some fresh ones! That’s really really awesome!! I truly appreciate that for sure. When Eric came to the window with the meal, he then told me he actually made it all fresh. Awesome

I went twice today once to get my original order and the other to get it replaced.. WHY?? My food had a funny taste and smell when I originally picked it up. So I went to get a replace. They told me fresh chicken was coming up. So I was happy replace the food right. Get back to my hotel just to find out. My food has the same smell. So I opened it up. And I realized all the chicken is pink on the inside meaning it’s half cooked..
