Amazing service, Ben was the definition of service with a smile at 9pm during a fire alarm.
Just look at this beefed up BOWL (literally overflowing). Ben even got the freshest stuff for us since the containers at the front were running low. So worth the $15. The whole staff was great!
The fire alarm in the apartment building overhead was going off but the staff kept working diligently through it — people gotta eat!
Atmosphere was chill, clean and convenient with parking along the street and a parking garage (likely complimentary parking with purchase minimum at the grocery store). When we walked in there was no wait but by the end there was a mini line of 4 people after us.

Chanelle just joined the team, and she has already made my experience feel so elevated and genuinely enjoyable. She listens carefully, prepares the food thoughtfully, and does everything with real care. She always greets you with the brightest smile and brings such a positive, team focused attitude.

Used to go to the location all the time for excellent service. The guys they have working right now on the line are an absolute mess. I watched sour cream burst out as he wrapped it, we made eye contact and he just shrugged and kept it moving. Also don’t go if you have any allergy concerns. I understand ingredients could fall into bins and what not but.. unfortunately I’ll be combing my food for tomatoes tonight

This use to be the better Chipotle’s in Philly. However, there’s a muscular guy with arm tattoos and a ponytail; that is extremely rude and shouldn’t be working as cashier. He made my experience uncomfortable by his attitude and mishandling of my food.

Imagine going to the restaurant to pick up an order place on the restaurant’s app on your phone. Do you think you’re considered a customer? At this chipotle, nope you are nothing but a person going to pick up food and must leave right away or else. This chipotle is willing to take your money because you ordered something but will not allow you to use their restroom because you did not make a purchase in person. According to the chat, mobile customers are customers so who the hell knows anymore. By the way, come here if you like browning white part of the lettuce.
