I LOVE THIS PLACE! Seriously, any time I’m in Tupelo when I’m traveling for work I stop by at least once a day. The crew for morning and night shift are both AMAZING!! Which is hard to find a place with both shift living up to superior standards. I literally can not find a single thing wrong with this amazing establishment. My server in the day hours today was amazing. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her her roses. She was an older black woman with honey blonde pixie length. A sweetie. I went back for night shift and the team was just as great. Y’all are doing amazing and have set the standard for me for most places. Thank you all, and love the app! Will always recommend to everyone I know.

Excellent chicken quality (juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned), flavor, and crispy texture. Perfect Sides Bar to go along with the delicious seasoned fries, and it had unique sauces, I would like to comment on the staff they were incredibly friendly and attentive to our service needs!!! The food was seasoned perfectly – flavorful without being overpowering!! We will be returning on any future trips to Tupelo well worth the hour drive!

Wow, food was excellent. Staff was courteous and efficient. Restaurant was clean. I had the blackened chicken sandwich, my wife had the cordon bleu sandwich and my daughter had the grill chicken tenders. All were excellent. They even have gluten free options.

Best chicken place I’ve ever ate at! This beats my personal favs- Chick-fil-a AND Slim’s. The menu is simple yet flavorful! I love the fry seasoning options and you get all the sauce you want with no extra charge! All of the food was super fresh and don’t get me started on the custard. We tried the vanilla and heath bar. Staff was super nice and helpful. It’s the next day and I want to go back before going home to Southaven. 10/10!!!

We had the best experience because of janya (don’t know how it’s spelt) but she was so kind. We apologized to her because it was late before they closed. we stopped late after ball game and she was so sweet and kind and said it’s no problem we don’t close yet. She came and checked on us multiple times and even asked if we would like any tea before they cleaned the the container . She has excellent customer service and deserves a raise. Not all would have been as nice

There’s not much else they could’ve done any better. The restaurant (inside & out) was clean. They bathrooms were clean and stocked up with supplies. The staff was really kind and professional. They double check after bringing your food to ensure everything is to your liking. They are willing to assist with any request I’ve seen thrown there way. And the food…… The food is delicious. If you are a chicken-eater, this is a must. Juicy chicken fillets and strips, paired with fries seasoned just how you like them, and delicious dipping sauces, create a wonderful experience for the taste buds.
I have to give this place 55…. I just can’t find anything to complain about in my multiple visits here so far!

Food is good, it’s very clean and the staff are very nice and friendly. I tried the super parm sandwich as a combo with a butter butter custard. The fries were very well seasoned, the sandwich seemed to have in house made marinara, the chicken was moist and crispy and the bun was soft. The custard was smooth with pieces of butter butter infused in what I assume is a vanilla or lightly peanut butter flavored custard. Very tasty and all for 20$.

He always greets us with a smile & makes sure we have everything we need plus he always checks up on us while we’re there to make sure everything is good & to see if we need anything else. We returned today, September 16, 2024 for some more great food. The food was delicious as usual, and today I’m going to shout out two amazing people, Maria and David! Their friendliness and customer service had exceeds most that I’ve encountered anywhere throughout my travels. These two deserve a raise or a promotion or help with school if they are in school. I hope this review reaches the right people so they can be recognized for the amazing employees they are! Thanks again Maria and David for a job well done. Your friendliness, smiles, and laughter will take you places. Continue to be genuine and work hard. It will definitely pay off!
Well, I’ve found my favorite chicken restaurant, period! OMG . This is a new chicken joint in Tupelo. I had the Korean BBQ sandwich and fries. The fries were free thanks to the app. We also had a five piece grilled tenders and two pints of custard. The Korean BBQ sandwiches was so so good. Delicious! The chicken was so good. The Korean BBQ sauce was sweet and spicy. The piece of chicken was larger than the bun. The bun itself was delicious. It’s a potato bun. So good. I like that the bun is one piece folded over. The fries are fresh cut and thin. They were exceptional. We had them seasoned with the rosemary pepper seasoning. Oh my. Delicious! One order of fries will feed two people in my opinion. The grilled chicken tenders were seasoned great and juicy. They were also a good size. The custard was great also. We had the coffee toffee, however it tasted more like chocolate. I really didn’t pick up the coffee taste at all. That was a little disappointing. We also had the strawberry cheesecake custard. It was great. My only complaint was the set up of the drink station and the dipping sauce station. They have multiple dipping sauces as seen in the photos. It was really congested in this area each time I went there. They have a large table near it that should just be removed and the sauce station separate from the drink station. Everyone that works there was very friendly as well. The decor is awesome and there is a nice outdoor seating area also. Our seats had USB ports and 110 outlets as well. Please go check this place out, and download their app before going.

The cashier, David, was very friendly. He read back my order ensuring everything was correct. While me and my family were sitting down he even came to check on us a few times. One of the waitresses also checked on us frequently and was very polite! Very friendly, and the food was amazing!
