My order was totally wrong. I did not order spicy and what did I get, spicy. The mash potatoes tasted old. You can tell the chicken was refried. I would not recommend this establishment to my dog to poop in, the food was disgusted.

Miserable dine in experience. Very cold, we and other customers went back to our cars to get jacket and sweater to wear inside (when outside temp. is 90 degrees). Loud high pitched beeping was constant. Commotion, yelling/arguing heard from kitchen. Cashier obviously unhappy. Table tops and chairs dirty with food crumbs. We and another couple (came 10 mins. after us) also waited 15 minutes for food, this was at 11:45 on Friday. French fries inedible, (had obviously been refried so completely dried out/all fries thrown away). We ate a wing and got the H out of the place. No paper receipt for us or another couple whose order was misplaced. We will not be back until reviews change.
The good : Chicken pieces were large, with thick crispy flavorful crust and very hot. (5 stars from me on chicken but Wife said she liked KFC coating better). Interior décor was modern, bright and spacious. 3 piece combo meal, one side with drink was about $14.

Placed an order thru UberEats for this location. The store designated “no special requests” so I called to specify that for my 2 piece combo, i wanted 1 wing & 1 drumstick. The woman I spoke to said there was an extra charge for specifics & I need to make the adjustment online. I told her that was impossible as their store had designated “no specifics” & if it was possible to just give her my card details & she could charge me directly. She said no. For an $80 at a fast food spot, you’d think people would be more considerate. Sounded more like she didn’t want to be helpful or do her job

Similar to a lot of reviews on here, don’t waste your time with this place.
I have given it 3 tries over the past couple months, and EACH time my order has been wrong once I got home. On top of that, they’ve all taken over 10 minutes, and they weren’t busy at all. One of those times I ordered online, waited 15 minutes, got there, and had to wait another 15.
Generally the staff has not been even close to friendly. I don’t need a chipper smile every time, but their tones tend to come off as rude, which seems to be the consensus for most of these reviews. I even had one lady tell me she wasn’t going to give me my food through the window because my dog had his head out the back window, couldn’t even get close to her if he wanted.
Overall a terrible, terrible experience anytime I have come to this place.

Okay look I don’t write reviews all that often but oh boy this one broke it for me I am done with ordering from this location. After giving them chance after chance after chance every time my order has been wrong. I ordered through door dash once and they got my order wrong twice after having it replaced and it was still wrong. But today 12/10/2025 around lunch time and they were closed at 1pm with no real explanation, I’ll assume best intentions but still aggravating to want something and are unable to get it. But I figure alright I’ll have them for dinner cus I am just craving some Popeyes chicken. Well it gets to dinner time I order my food and I get home and guess what…I got the wrong items and was ripped off as I had ordered a large side and they gave me a small and charged me for a large. I did not check the bag which is on me sure but I didn’t think it would get messed up since the people were nice they weren’t slammed or even super busy at the time. The lobby was empty and there was only 2 cars in the drive through when I pulled in. But I get home and it’s wrong, egg on my face I guess I should have known better than to trust this place to get an order correct. Well I won’t have that issue because I am done with this location. Don’t go here if you value your time and money I have never gotten an order right, constantly been ripped off and I was too exhausted and upset to drive back to this location to get it fixed. So I ate my food because I was too hungry to let it go to waste but I’m not wasting anymore time with this location.

The lady at the first window in the drive thru really needs to watch the way she speaks to customers. She literally yelled at my bf to “PULL FORWARD” and “I wasn’t talking to you” in the rudest tone. Food was decent but that experience was absolutely horrendous. I hope she gets disciplined for how she treats customers. Will never go back again i can tell you that lol.

Stopped by to get dinner on my way home from work. Got a 12 piece dinner. Got 4 breasts and 8 wings. Not happy at all. Definitely not enough to feed my family. With 1 large extra slaw it cost me over $50 no drinks. And the large size has gotten smaller. Called to talk to a manager. Tried to explain what happened. She said what do you want me to do about it. Before I could say anything she said I don’t have time for this shit and hung up on me. Definitely stay clear of this place. This was my 4th time having problems with my order here. And my last. Popeyes corporate office offered me a $5 coupon. Yay. Not!!!

Picking up a door dash order and the lobby is closed. Go up to the drive thru, sit there for over 20 minutes and no one got on the box to take orders. Went up to both windows, around to the lobby, and back through the drive thru, and NOBODY was there. Long line of cars and people were leaving, honking their horns and literally BEATING on the windows and nobody even bothered with showing up for any of it. 0/10 would NOT recommend

I have never been to a Popeyes before and had the most unbelievably negative experience- one at the top of the list. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told to “look at the sign, there’s no fries” and immediately told the order total. There was no sign and we were asked if we wanted something else or anything- just cut off with the total and nothing more. We said hello several times after recovering from our surprise at the treatment without response. Finally, the cashier responded she was listening, to which we clarified we didn’t see a sign and wanted to be sure she said there were no friesat which we were ignored with no response. We decided to pull forward and after 5 minutes without movement, we decided to leave. It was 3:15 on a Sunday and the location was not busy. The level of disrespect was one I have not experienced before. Very disappointing for a first experience. Not sure I’ll return ever.

We wanted to hurry and get to this place as soon as we could after it was built. I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a two-piece chicken meal. We shared the side dishes of mashed potatoes with gravy, rice and beans , and macaroni and cheese. The food was what we expected for fast food. I thought it was tasty and fresh but the potatoes and the rice and beans were a little watery and not very full. The staff was friendly and fairly quick and very accurate. The only thing I was a little sad about was the state of the dining room. It was a little dirty with old food containers sitting on tables. All in all we kind of like the meal. I’m sure we will try Popeyes again. I still want to try the desert biscuit. I hope I see some reviews from others about this place.
