There has been a sub shop in this location for at least the past 30 years. The original owners had the best food in the area. They sold the place maybe 15 years ago, and the new owner ran it into the ground. The new owners left the name the same, so most people in the area assume it is the same slop that the last owner sold. I have eaten here a half dozen times since I found out it was under new ownership. It really is a hit or miss. I just got home with a cheese steak and fries, and I swear I think the fries were probably dropped in the oil again because they were cold. They definitely don’t have a fresh taste or texture. I probably won’t be going back there anytime soon. My advice to the owners would be to definitely change the name because a lot of locals are NOT going to go there because they don’t know that it is under new ownership.

I wanted to love this place. Unfortunately it was not worth the money. The pizza slices were burnt and the portion size of a store bought boxed pizza. The salad and 8oz cup of was a decent size and price matched… also it was good. The fried chicken wings were enjoyed as well. If I order here again it won’t be for the pizza. I’ll try some other menu items before I write this place off.

After reviewing many about the sub shop. I chose to give them call for a delivery. So from start to finish this whole process was perfect. The greeter on the phone who I also placed my order with was polite, clear speaking and I would also say somewhat energetic over the phone. I ordered 2 cheese steak subs, cream of crab soup, and western fries. So the biggest thing I was impressed with was the fact that the sub roll was not toasted. And the sub was fresh as if it was baked in this establishment. I believe most sub shop grill your roll because the roll is not fresh. The soup base for cream of crab top tier. Lack very much crab. But still great soup. Thank you. 10/10 I will be back.

My experience was positive over the phone and with the delivery speed and delivery person. However, I am not happy with the temperature of NY food. My pizza was not even warm. When I drive to pick up myself and get it hime it is still warm and the cheese is not stiff. What a disappointment. The cheesesteak was lacking steak. What in the world? We just ate a sub roll. The sub roll dominated the entire sandwich. If they want that line iut the door, they should take a look at what the other steak sub communities ste doing. I have to drive all the way through the tunnel for a steak sub with meat. They offer extra meat as a seperate purchase, but if it’s going to be anything like the little bit in the sandwich ! I aint’ buying.

And then when they said to me well we gave your order to somebody else. but your actual order was exactly about the same amount as the other guy. they didn’t offer to give me the order that I had for half price or anything. they just said. oh I’m so sorry about that.

Molly and Roshan are so nice!! Palmisano’s is becoming my favorite spot to eat from in parkville. The food tastes great it’s always fresh and the service is amazing. I’ve tried the bacon cheese burger which is always nice and juicy.. I’ve tried the chicken Salad sandwich, it was very well seasoned . I’ve tried the western fries and Pizza both were great and tonight I’m trying the shrimp cheese steak. Best thing of all they have MILKSHAKES!! That’s a big plus for me. I hope their business really flourishes they are awesome!!

I ordered a 12″ cheeseburger sub and it’s like it was the same amount of food they put on the smaller sub just spread out on the bigger sub. I wound up throwing about 1/3 of the roll away. It tasted okay, just took much roll. When Jimmy D. had Palmisano’s, it was the best sub shop around.

Very disappointed, went there tonight to get dinner, I asked for the special 2 12inch subs and then ordered stuffed mushrooms, which are usually good. Got home and they gave us 2 8′ subs and no marinara for the mushrooms. Really disappointed, not sure i will order from there again. The total bill was over $31.00.

I want to start with the customer service was great! The young lady greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and was very polite! I will go back off that alone & try different foods. I ordered the cheesesteak combo & unfortunately to me it was flavorless. I understand being considerate of your customers when it come to sodium intake but come on ITS A CHEESESTEAK lol Don’t be afraid to add seasoning. I do appreciate the fresh soft bread and the fact that the cheesesteak wasn’t dry! I also love that you can pick if you want an 8” sandwich or 12” (I got the 8”). Fries was a little overcooked but wasn’t too bad. The whole meal is very fulfilling and if the cheesesteak would have been seasoned, I would have easily gave it 4 stars!
