I wish I could give this place zero stars. Waste of time and money. Ordered carryout, and went to the drive up window. Over the course of 20+ minutes caught the eye of several people working in there but they never even opened the window. Watched two pizzas hit the ground from the oven, and several people push pizzas back in the oven with their bare fingers. Called (twice!) to get the number of the general manager and was told they couldn’t give that out. They had at least 7 staff members packed into that kitchen and not one person could even open the window to ask us to please be patient over the course of 20+ minutes.

Ryan (not sure if she spells her name like this) and Amelia were such pleasant, kind, professional ladies. It was my first time at this Domino’s and I’ll definitely be back. The pizza was exactly as I ordered and tasty.

The store has gone downhill substantially in recent months. The last two supposedly New York style pizzas were actually super thin crust, literally the thickness of the cardboard pizza box !! The pepperoni was seriously greasy, that looks sort of like the pizza box with some cheese and pepperoni thrown on it ! 39 minutes later the crust was l somewhere between cardboard and leather,

I ordered bone in wing and they barely put any sauce on them, what is the deal do you have to ask for extra sauce on the wing or whats the deal, bad service if you ask me the pizza was OK the bread was undercooked a bad experience for me!

Store called me after not being able to deliver a pizza because drivers were busy. They told me I could come pick up the pizza. I arrived over 2 hours later after my online order and the “tracker and speaking with them on the phone. My pizza has not been made. I told the kid behind im not upset because your backed up, I’m upset because your store called me to pick up a order that was never made….2 hours after the initial order.

We placed an order for a pizza and a loaded tots and when we returned home with the tots, they were missing an item.
When I called the store to ask about it, the young woman immediately apologized and said she would have the manager himself make a replacement order for us.
By the time I arrived, the tots were ready, and I am extremely appreciative of their excellent customer service in this matter.

We ordered a pizza. An hour later it arrived Luke warm, and not even sliced. We were in a hotel room with no way to cut it. They don’t answer their phone. Good luck.

My pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I saw on the dominos delivery map where it was delivered (same street as me but different number) so I drove and picked it up. It was left outside on the floor in 36 degree weather for who knows how long. I decided to just put it in the oven but when I opened the box I saw this awful looking pizza. I called and the manager was so rude and accused me of giving the wrong address and said pizzas that arrive like this are normal because the highways are bumpy which cause pizzas to move around during delivery.
