The staff here was amazing, we stopped in at 20min till closing time, they were very nice and made our pizzas and bread sticks right away, everything was delicious, I really appreciate the extra effort, we were staying in Bethany, MO for the drag race, want to tell your staff they are awesome and thank you!

For those who loved dine-in Pizza Huts, this is a welcome place. It was nice to sit down and enjoy the meal without having to take it and go. We got the buffet, which featured several pizza options, as well as some related items like breadsticks and ziti.

Got a hand tossed large pepperoni and bacon for carry out. Staff was friendly, but the pizza was terrible. Crust was stiff, just awful taste. I put the frozen Totino’s pizzas over this product any day.

i was in with a big group of family on a sunday afternoon ordering our food and whatnot, the manager/server Jade McGuire told the rest of the employees we were not going to be paying for our food. not sure why. but our bill was $113. we will no longer be giving this restaurant our business. In the early summer of 2023 was served a pizza with a piece missing!! The waitress mumbled something about what happened but I couldn’t understand her. She said she’d give me a 10% discount! I don’t know if it’s because of the color of the carpet but the floor always gives the impression that the place is dirty. The veggie is always great!
I don’t know why they have to charge so much more for a veggie when there’s not even meat on it. I realize that’s a corporate decision. Sunday buffet is only $10 but beverages are around $2.69. Finally decided to visit because some friends from church were going to the Sunday buffet. When I asked if they could or would add a veggie to the variety of pizzas on the buffet table he said O.K. So I waited the 7 minutes or however long it was and ate the iceberg lettuce (no nutritional value but no other lettuce nor fresh spinach choice). When the pizza came out, there were around 5 pieces that were veggie on a combination Pizza. The person in front of me got 2 pieces so I only took 2 in case someone wanted the 3rd. Of course it was gone by the time I finished my 2 when I went back to the buffet. When I asked them why they only cooked part of a pizza with only veggies on it they said that they are only supposed to cook certain ones. They did end up accommodating me with an awesome freshly looking vegetable pizza that I had a piece of. Of course by then I had filled up on the beverage while waiting the first time and was almost ready to leave. Corporate needs to change their requirements.

So I’m normally not a big pizza hut fan. How ever this time at this location it was very good. We stopped in for our kids to use book it coupons and decided that we where hungry as well. Lobby was closed due to the air conditioning being broke so we just put down the tail gait of the truck and had a impromptu picnic in the parking lot. The service was fast, good quality and great value for your buck and they didn’t mind us munching and visiting in the parking lot since we couldn’t go in side. The parking lot was spacious and clean. Good job Bethany Missouri Pizza Hut you may have just won back a former Pizza HutHater. mmmm good.
