I went during my lunch hour to oder for me and coworkers I had a coupon and so did one of my coworker, it was for 2 footlongs and I the gentleman who was helping me that I needed one on honey oat bread and the other white bread and then told him the meat choice and cheese for the first one then when I told him the meat on the 2nd sandwich he said they didn’t have the meatballs that there was a lot of things they didn’t have so I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and that was not done correct either cause it was shredded chicken not the grilled chicken,on the firat sandwich I told him on half the sandwich what veggies then he just closed up the sandwich not asking about what I wanted on the other half, then I paid for tbe footlongs and he didn’t give me my change when I went to pay for the other sandwich I told him about my change and he said well pay for that one so that I can open the register and give you the change over all the experience was not a good one at all and I don’t think i will be back to this location.

Just bought three sandwiches and asked the employee to make sure they were fully toasted, which he very kindly did. My complaint is that, while the sandwiches were “fully” toasted, the chicken breasts were still cold. I only drove 2 miles away, which isn’t enough time to go cold (I mean, literally cold, not luke warm).
Also bought a soup, and I think I paid mostly for air, not actual food.
BTW: I hope the employer will take care of that new kid working there. His customer skills are excellent (he didn’t serve the soup)!!

If you want a good subway, the way its supposed to be. Go to the one on 42nd next to the high school. This place always gets it wrong or add minimal of everything.

Only person in line in the store ready to order and told that I have to wait 20 minutes while you do online orders. I don’t think so. Nice job chasing business out the door. Won’t be back.

Sometimes they don’t have enough people and the wait is really long. But it’s a good sandwich and can’t complain

I ordered a catering order of 70 sandwiches. Amazing service, the people that work here rock. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. This location is also big and clean! Thank you.

Was a good experience until I got home and noticed my receipt. When checking out, I was told my total to which I did the tap to pay. At no time did I touch the screen or get asked about a tip. When I got home, I noticed that my receipt said I left a tip. I emailed Subway corporation about this and this was the response I received. The email even said I didn’t touch the screen and did the tap to pay but yet I selected a tip??!! I will be letting everyone know to make sure they watch out for this scam.

Ordered three sandwiches asked to be toasted they was. Also asked for avacdos on each sandwich and paid. For them. There was none at all the meat was cold two men were working one was standing there why the other was doing all the work smh This was a online order Ordered two churros and they was both super hard ! Won’t be visiting this location again
