Welcome to GiGi’s Coffee House! What happens when you have sleepless nights brought on by an idea you just can’t shake? If you’re Gina B, you slide over to your friend at work, Gina J, and ask her if she wants to go all in and buy a coffee shop! What started out as a few (dozen) sleepless nights wondering about buying a coffee shop, turning it into a place where everyone is welcome, the vibes are all positive, and most importantly, the coffee, food and service that our customers would love and deserve, became a reality in November of 2024. This quaint little endeavor is owned and operated by two incredible Gina’s.

So glad Evanston finally has a small locally owned coffee shop! It is so cute inside plus they have my favorite, big train vanilla chai! The register person was very nice. I love that you can get pup cups for $.50 as well. We will definitely be coming back on our drives through Wyoming!

There is simply no better place to enjoy a premium coffee/espresso drink, iced or hot, along with incredible avocado toast, house made quiche or chili, baked oatmeal or an assortment of Baby’ Bagels, delicious sandwiches, and a great assortment of pastries. Many more menu items that are all so good! So much more than a coffee shop, it’s a place to relax, enjoy the atmosphere and the excellent customer service and cool baristas.

Gigi’s offers friendly, attentive staff, excellent lattes, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service is consistently welcoming, and the space is always clean and well maintained. I love that they have cold foam. It’s exciting to have such a cozy and charming coffee shop in Evanston, definitely a must-visit when you’re in the area.

Finding legitimate coffee shop is hard when traveling country side. But if there is one I will find it and I did
I had an iced latte and cheesecake muffin. Iced latte had more milk than I usually have but not a problem. Their cheesecake muffin was excellent!!! All customers get little chocolate egg with coffee – that was cute

On a long trip. Just so happened 2 come by this lil coffee shop. Yall! When I say this is the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. Not 2 sweet. Literally perfect. The chili? I would definitely recommend takin a lil detour here 4 all the awesomeness they have n store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Wife and I came to Gigi’s on our way to Central Wyoming and heard about this coffee shop to try out. We were delighted to try some of these items that were beyond delicious and well taken care of. The food was great we grabbed the Peanut Butter Toast and the Baked Oatmeal and was very delicious! We also grabbed the MexiCocoa and the Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice and was very good. Highly recommend it here and would be coming back here again to try other items!

Phenomenal spot in Evanston Wyoming! Great place for high quality bites, tea, and coffee with a chill artistic atmosphere. Perfect for meetings, brunch, or a mini date with a friend or partner. Pup friendly for take out. Compare to nostalgia coffee house in SLC, UT mixed with a splash of Atticus coffee in Park City, UT. So grateful this is here!
