Update- Food was finally delivered. Delivery driver apologized for the long wait. He said he is sick and was forced to work today. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? He is sick and working with food for us to eat?!? Can you say, food born illness?
Your driver should get a bonus for working while sick in 18 degree weather but management needs to pay a fine. I’d like a refund for this pizza I’m not comfortable eating.
UPDATE-At this time our nation is experiencing a flu epidemic. Highly aggressive, highly contagious is what the national center for disease control is saying to describe this flu. Any employee who is sick MUST be sent home. I do not care how busy you are or how under staffed you are. Suggestion…pay more, offer more benefits, treat your employees better or find a way to make it appealing to work for your store. Do something other than what you are doing now. I’ll be in after work to collect my refund and I’ll be interviewing your employees to find out what you’re doing wrong. I’m going to fix your store and you’re going to participate in this. Do you understand?
Food was all a little over done but pretty good. I’d come back again.
Food was just left on my steps (not even my porch) with no doorbell ring or knock (I did not ask for contactless delivery).
Order was incorrect.
Toppings were incorrect.
Multiple items were missing from my order.
The order also took an hour and a half to be delivered (normal weeknight, no holiday).
I’ve been on the phone for well over an hour just to speak to customer service.
You can choose the “report an issue” button on the app, but it just gives you a chance to get a coupon for your next order. That’s it.
Hot mess express. Never received our food, was told “I already ran the end of day and can’t make your order.” It was 8:36 pm on Friday night. Another woman, in street clothes—said she didn’t work there and offered to make our pizza. After the sweaty man dripped into pizzas being made and the woman who didn’t work there trying to make our pizzas, we decided to leave and go to Pizza Hut. Again, we were told one person didn’t even work there, the manager had walked out, and that our order would be refunded. Here is my order status last night:
