Just realized this never sent on my last visit. Ugh! ♀️
So I dined in last Monday and received excellent service from Noah. He was extremely friendly! His personality is well-suited for this business.
Today I dined in with the “church crowd”. When I arrived I used the restroom and was rather startled when I left the stall to wash my hands. I was rather speechless when a young guy , a worker, entered the ladies bathroom. He said he was just checking on things. Perhaps in the future a female employee needs to be checking on the needs of the ladies restroom. Just a thought.
So fast forward to February 6, 2026. Renee took my order and she was amazing! Such a lady with personality and great people skills!! She even wished me Happy Birthday! A very friendly young lady in a solid black shirt brought out my food. She continued checking on me while I ate. Near the end of my meal, she offered to refill my tea. Noticing a cookie on the table, she boldly asked if it was my birthday. I told her it was yesterday. The food here is consistently good, but the employees are a huge asset!!

I’ve been to this location a few times, and my overall experience has always been excellent! The server — I’m pretty sure his name was Fernando — was so friendly and helpful. He checked on me several times to make sure I was doing alright, offered me two refills, and even cleaned my table after I was done. The manager, Randy, was also very respectful and kind. Both of them showed so much warmth toward me.
I also want to give credit to the whole team — I can tell they put a lot of effort into everything they do. This afternoon, I ordered a sandwich, and the cashier, Macey, was so sweet and kind as well.
This is definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing and so positive. I LOOOVEEEE McAlister’s! YAAAAAYYYYY ❤️

The people at the front were prompt and friendly, the food came out before we could even get to the table!! That was awesome. The dining area staff was attentive and courteous. Everything was quality and made correctly, and the place was very clean. Excellent place!!

Drive thru can not get an order right. We live local… we have talked to managers, we have returned to the store- with the wrong order again and again. We have called. They “will work on it”… we give them another chance (again & again). We love the food- but the service (or training) is awful. (They tie the bag in a tight knot, & stack everything on top of each other so you can’t quickly check it in line). If you want to get home with what you ordered for dinner- don’t select this location. I’ve tried to give them grace… fool me once, twice, three four …??? Times. Someone higher paid than the on-call manager should know.

Reasonable price, and a great place to stop and grab yummy fresh sandwiches. Very friendly staff, clean place, and good food. This is becoming our favorite place because of all the selections they have that can also accommodate children especially picky eaters. Can easily be seen from the road (Hewitt), easy access to the place, and plenty of parking space in the parking lot. Highly recommend this place.

We love McAlister’s their food is delicious. The service is a bit lacking. My last order of the French Dip through pick up window was disastrous. The dip sauce was not sealed well at all and ended up all over the sack and in the wrapping of my sandwich and the bread on my sandwich was soggy. I dried it off as best I could but it was really soggy. I ended up with about half of the dip sauce being left in its container. We still love you guys but find a better way to seal those containers please.
