Worst yum yum sauce ever. I ordered one meal chicken and steak with steamed rice. I asked for veggies and noodles on the side they put it all in one but I can’t eat certain veggies. I called the lady talking orders was rude and then the manager was even worse. Ever since they got bought out the quality has gone down hill badly. I’ll never go back to here

First off wow!! This place was exactly what i needed. I was only in town for the weekend and was craving Japanese cuisine. To inform you, I am from California and have many spots i go to for my craving fix. I Was not too sure if I was going to be able to satisfy that in OH. But to my surprise, Wasabi express by Momma was just what I needed. I highly recommend you try this place for some great Japanese food. I was talking to the owner and found out they will expanding soon and opening up a bar. Can’t wait to come back and come to my new favorite spot.

The food was very good, made fresh. They were very careful about my food allergy. They were only able to accept payment using alternative methods such as cash app or possibly another app that day. They also accept cash. It’s no issue. Just be prepared. The lady at the register was great! Thanks.

Wow!! I have to say this was the best take out we have ever had, and we order quite a bit of take out. The food was so good that we ordered two more times since then. The staff was super friendly and the steak I had was amazing. Honestly, it was so good I felt we should’ve paid more! Don’t hesitate to try it, you’ll not be disappointed!!

My food was delicious! I ordered the Filet Mignon Dinner and the steak was perfectly cooked. Not overdone! Both the Yum Yum and Ginger Sauce were both very tasty, along with the Fried Rice being quite yummy. Pretty impressive experience for ordering on a busy Friday night! The front desk employees were pleasant. I will most definitely be back! Thank you!

Ordered my family dinner at 5:35 didn’t get my food until 7:20. I ordered 3 double chicken dinners and noodles got home after waiting all that time and they didn’t give me rice in any of my dinners. Noodles were soggy. They wouldn’t refund for anything. The health department should probably be called in. The carpet and the vents are disgusting I can just imagine what their kitchen looks like. This will be the last time we get food from here.

It is nothing like the pictures. It was all rice and a few veggies and horrible steak that had that livery taste, and was cut into nibbler size and very little of it, the shrimp (4) were way…..overcooked !
The container was Full of rice to make it look very full and the meat and veggies sprinkled on top !! And as others said the wait was 30 min for this, waste of almost $40 ! NEVER AGAIN !!

We used to eat here once a week, but the past 2 months have turned us away.
There have been at least a dozen times that we have tried to call and no one answers the phone. They used to give out generous portions which made it worth the money to go there, but the portions have gotten significantly smaller and the taste is never consistent. We order 2 dinners and decided to order extra chicken for 1 since the portions are smaller, but we didn’t receive it. When I called to tell them about it I was told that I was wrong and hung up on. That was the final straw for me. They need to get the young girl back that was answering the phones. The one that called everyone honey. She knows customer service! When she was there things ran better and when you were told 30 min, it meant 30 min. Now they say 30 min and you’re waiting at least an hour! I really hope you guys turn things around!

They make delicious food. But I’m kinda confused as to how this particular restaurant came to be listed under the ‘cheap eats’ tab in Google maps because it’s not cheap. Price isn’t favorable as it cost me and my boyfriend $50 for two dinners. The portions are alright, could be a little bigger for the price you’re paying. Wait time was honestly a bit ridiculous. They told me when I ordered that my food would be ready in 25 minutes, so since I live 2 minutes down the road I waited 30 minutes to leave and still had to wait 15 more minutes after I arrived to pick up my food. That was quite unfavorable. If you don’t mind spending the money, then by all means because the food was really freaking good. But if you want to spend a reasonable amount of money for two people to eat a lot of delicious food, I’d honestly just head to Number 1 Kitchen which is all but 5 minutes away, if that.
