Before the new owners, I would give this place a 2/5 because I thought the hot dogs were decent, but the staff was uncooperative. With the new owners? This place has been SO good. You can tell the love they have in the food, even if you get takeout. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The owner is very kind and intelligent, and her parents are sweet and very professional. I BEG you to try this place.

New owners may have updated the inside since my last visit but the hot dogs are still amazing! Had a great conversation with one of the new owners and they were very nice. So glad they didn’t take a Lehigh Valley icon that’s been in business for 70+ years and think they needed to change anything.

crew was as wonderful as the hot dogs were! I had never had one before. I’m fact, after finishing the first one, I went back in for a second! I am a big fan of hot dogs. Now that I’ve been to Jimmy’s in Easton, I wish I lived closer!

I cannot believe that I have yet to give a review this place. I have been eating here for north of 35+ years, I have moved and returned and visited and stayed in Easton basically my entire life. There is a reason this place has the reputation they do. The original owners were the best at what they did. Period. The newer owners came in and have kept everything great about this place and expanded on it even more. They deserve all the great praise that others have said times 50.

Got 3 chili dogs with everything. The dogs came in aluminum foil which to me took away from that moist steamed bun that I always got when they were wrapped in the original wrapping. Dogs and chili were good but I think would’ve been great had they been in the original wrap that traps that steam. Bun didn’t seem steamed at all. Hope the foil isn’t a permanent thing.

The new owners are doing a great job! The changes they made were a much needed update. We go more than ever!! Jimmy’s hotdogs and A-treat just belong together. The marriage of two local icons, together at last! Bravo Jimmy’s Hotdogs!!

It was a long day driving the back roads of Pennsylvania and enjoying countryside!
We were both tired and hungry and decided to drive an additional 20 minutes through Bethlehem Pennsylvania to reach this little hole in the wall.
It’s simple, you pay for a hot dog and a drink then you go to the window and tell them what you want on it.
The hot dogs we’re up there but not spectacular. Yes I would go again and I’m kicking myself and not ordering two chili dogs.
Five dollars for a hot dog and a drink, they can up their game by using better quality frankfurters.
