Your guy working the drive through was fast and very polite. Goes a long way and I appreciate his customer service. The qr code from the receipt wouldn’t autocomplete the store number so I did a Google review instead. Good place to eat, I’ll be back. Order made in drive through on 9/2/28 @5:20pm

One of the associates who was an older woman and really sweet offered to make me fries, and the manager gave my partner and I some drinks. And the associate and the manager both had great conversation and it was a pleasant experience and allowed us to wait for our car to get finished at the mechanic, overall great experience.

This has been an ongoing issue with this location. I have been ordering honey mustard snack wraps for a couple of weeks. This location has consistently given poor-quality wraps. The tortilla is usually dry and the wrap itself is not wrapped letting everything fall out. Today was particularly ridiculous, it was a straight-up TACO. I didn’t even attempt to eat it after all the lettuce fell out in my car and the honey mustard was all over the outside of the wrap, I have places to go. I took a complete detour from my day and went back to the location to speak to a manager about the consistency in how poorly these a put together and given to paying customers. I ordered a wrap, not a taco. I ordered this same thing yesterday from the other Fairbanks location and was served by 2 very young men, and the product was excellent. Above and beyond. They cut my snack wraps in two like a real wrap, it was super funny and appreciated. This brings me back to the location I was at today, which is being run by much more mature adults.
I went from being disappointed and feeling like there are solutions available, to completely irate! There is absolutely no excuse for the things I was told today by an Arbys, manager? I didn’t even eat my food, I opened the wrapper and noted the quality. I decided to bring it back to the restaurant to speak about the taco. You could see the creases in the broken stale tortilla. This is where I encountered Sylvie ( maybe Silvia), she would not acknowledge being the manager but stated she was in charge at the moment. I told her about the wrap falling apart and the lack of quality of the product which has been a consistent problem at this location. She told me the only thing they can do is remake my wraps. She was not open to any sort of dialogue. I have given them numerous chances to remake them by continuing to buy a product at a subpar level in the hopes that the experience would increase their knowledge. I did not find this an appropriate solution. This did not address the entire problem, especially considering the superior service that was delivered by the other location yesterday ( 7/9 @ 3:40 pm). When I explained this to the “manager” she explained that they hire a lot of people from other countries including Mexico, China, and somewhere else; THIS is where I was appalled!! Firstly, this felt like a training problem. Her mention of excusing her team’s lack of quality and overall knowledge by ignorance from being from another country is disgusting. I am not saying this was racist, but it was extremely ignorant and I am repulsed with this whole situation. I understand this one woman doesn’t represent Arbys as a whole, but she did in the moment. I told her this was an unacceptable answer and she became hostile. She told me that she could only remake my food or refuse service. I said it was clear she could not handle the problem and I asked to speak to a manager. She refused and would only respond that I was on camera. I have a disability and having this conversation in the first place was extremely difficult. To be met with passive-aggressive behavior and stonewalling over lunch is unacceptable.
This was the worst experience and I want to thank you so much for it! This experience sealed the deal on getting back on track with a heart-healthy diet. I have felt terrible guilt every time I fall prey to my laziness and stop by this restaurant. This has just made it a perfect amount of guilt, disgust, and all around hassle to avoid.

Two stars because the French Dip & 4 pc mozzarella sticks were good. Ate inside just before 8pm. Wanted a shake to go & they were already cleaning up at 8:15 & “No Orders” on the board. Y’all just close up arbitrarily desite someone still in store & may want one for the road?? Plus, the price of the food is ridiculous. I can get 4pc mozzarella for $2.29 with a coupon in Ohio. OK, I know things are more expensive in AK, but Panda Express across town prices were the same as ours. So Arby’s just being greedy.

First experience wasnt the best but a wonderful ladie reached out to and asked them to give them another shot. SO GLAD I did, sandwhiches were fresh and yummy, services was amazing the girl working the window on 8/29/21 at about 4pm is amazing and so kind and friendly! Truly enjoyed the experience ♡

Went through and they were very short staffed, but the shift manager Cody did an amazing job of handling the chaos as they were very busy. The few folks who were working were working very hard and were remarkably efficient. These people all deserve a raise!!

Have not had Arby’s in a while. Enjoyed the French Dipped sandwich. The food was fresh and hot. The staff was very hospitable and treated me and my coworkers as if we were in a fine dining establishment. This location was clean and organized. Upbeat music in the background was at the perfect volume where you could enjoy it while still having a conversation.
