EDIT: This is still my go-to Pizza Hut. My food is always hot and delivered on time.
I ordered a large order last night and when some items were missing I didn’t have to call, they called me and made sure I got my entire order. Good customer service and this is why I continue to order this location.

This is by far the worst service I have ever had. We ordered lunch lunch for our office as a treat and no one could enjoy it because it did not arrive at the anticipated time. It arrived 35 minutes late after most employees had returned to their posts. Secondarily, Pizza Hut does not manage their own deliveries and can give NO information regarding pickup or delivery.
When calling the store to check the status, we were placed on hold for 22 minutes before speaking with their general manager, Robert, who was very rude. He did not offer any solutions. The general manager’s name, Amber, was also referenced, but we were not give the opportunity to speak with her nor given a time to call back.
The manager, Robert, stated we were harassing him by merely asking where our pizza was. He terminated the call when we were in mind sentence.
The food arrived cold and was not cooked properly. I would not recommend utilizing this pizza hut for any office functions.

This was the worst experience EVER. I placed my order at 1:51 pm for delivery and it said it would arrive between 2:15 – 2:30. Here it is 3:15 pm and my food has never came. I spoke to a manager by the name of Robert who pretty much told me there is nothing he can do. I told him to just refund me back for my order, and he kept saying no. I called the store a dozen times, but before it went to the store, it would go to a call center. I finally called back one more time and then he said he would just void it out. So why lie about this first couple times I called? I order from this location way too much for you to treat me the way you did. Never again will I ever come here again!

Don’t order from this location, they can’t even get the simplest order correct. Missing items and wrong size pizza (personal size instead of medium). When we called to get it fixed, was hung up on twice and then the third time the guy answered with an attitude. When we were trying to explain, he just talked over us and said call back tomorrow and talk to a manager. Which is exactly what I intended to do and suggest this rude employee should be fired.

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app not knowing you’d pass the delivery off to DoorDash. I left instructions on how to get in in the Pizza Hut app and the dude calls me asking how to get in. DoorDash has been doing stuff lately and I’ll really think about ordering from PH again.
Oh, pizza isn’t very hot like it normally is considering you’re a mile and a half away.
