For starters, we ordered the Ahi Tuna and Lobster Bisque. Both were delicious, but the tuna is the best I’ve ever had! It was still happy hour so we also tried their Brussels sprouts, another amazing dish, and wings. The wings were a bit dry and could’ve used a ranch sauce.
For the main entrees, I got the Scallop Risotto. Sadly it was salty, even squeezing half of the lemon that came with it didn’t tone it down. I had leftovers, which is very rare. The scallops though, were cooked perfectly and had a nice sear. My husband’s short ribs was not what I expected of a dish that was supposed to be cooked for hours, it lacks flavor, and all I could taste from the vegetables is cumin. We did inform our server about our feedback. For dessert, we got the Banana Bread Pudding, it was again, just okay.
Overall, I would recommend going during happy hour as the selections and taste were more to our liking. However, the bar area was crowded and it was a bit loud in the restaurant. We might go back during summer and eat outside as the view is really amazing
If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience with a view that stretches endlessly across the ocean, look no further than Lynda’s at the Ocean Club. This place has it all—gorgeous views, exceptional food, and service that makes you feel like you’re the only guests in the room.
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The service were not only attentive but genuinely warm and kind. They added such a personal touch to our evening and made it feel like a true celebration.
The culinary talent behind the kitchen is Chef Michel Richardson, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate from Las Vegas—and it shows. Every dish we had was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor.
We kicked things off with a few starters: the bang bang shrimp (crispy, spicy, and addictive), maple-roasted Brussels sprouts (sweet, savory, and caramelized just right), and a peach and plum salad that was light, refreshing, and perfect for the setting.
For the main course, we went with the blackened Ahi tuna—fresh and expertly seared—and the espresso caramel ribeye, which was tender, bold, and honestly one of the best steaks we’ve had in a while.
We ended the night on the patio, with the sound of waves as our background music, sipping coffee and sharing desserts—a decadent chocolate brownie and a creamy, celebratory cheesecake.
The ambiance is relaxed yet elegant. And one of the best parts? After dinner, you can step right onto the beach. It’s so quiet and peaceful, it feels like your own private slice of paradise.
They’re also open for Sunday brunch, which I can only imagine is just as spectacular.
Final thoughts? Lynda’s at the Ocean Club is more than a meal—it’s a whole experience. Perfect for a date night, a birthday, or just a night when you want to treat yourself to something special.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Lynda’s Ocean Club, and it was truly an experience I’ll always remember. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, elegant, and welcoming.
We had a private dining room with a stunning view of the ocean, which made the evening so special and intimate. The night began with freshly made piña coladas and warm focaccia bread, followed by seasonal seafood pasta that was simply outstanding. The chef’s attention to flavor and freshness really stood out. For dessert, we enjoyed their signature tres leches cake, which was the perfect ending to the meal, along with a custom chocolate cake we brought in.
The service was exceptional. Luis and Alexis and entire team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all of us feel valued and at ease.
The setting, the food, and the service came together beautifully to create an evening that felt magical. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, or even just enjoy a wonderful night out, I cannot recommend Lynda’s Ocean Club highly enough. It is truly a gem in Ponte Vedra. Celebrate your special occasions at Lynda’s.

The food, crafted by Chef Michel Richardson, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas, was absolutely delicious. The menu features fresh seafood and seasonal dishes that are full of flavor and beautifully presented.
We started with bang bang shrimp, maple roasted brussel sprouts, and the peach and plum salad—each dish was fresh and packed with flavor. For entrees, we tried the blackened ahi tuna and the espresso caramel ribeye (a must-try!).
We ended the night on the patio, sipping coffee and enjoying dessert—rich chocolate brownie and a birthday cheesecake—while listening to the sound of the waves. The oceanfront setting in Ponte Vedra adds a magical touch to the whole experience.

We started with wings, crispy Brussels sprouts, ahi tuna, and a lobster bisque. The wings were cooked to perfection – crispy just the way I like them. The ahi tuna was absolutely phenomenal. The lobster bisque was rich with generous chunks of lobster meat. We also enjoyed the Brussels sprouts garnished with bacon and Pomegranate kernels. Nice balance of flavors.
However, the Mains were a bit of a different story. I went with the Short Rib while my wife opted for the Scallop Risotto. Both dishes came in generous portions, and as usual, we swapped plates to sample both. Unfortunately, the risotto was too salty for our taste and the short rib lacked the depth of flavor I had hoped for. It was a bit bland.
We ended the meal with banana bread pudding which was just okay. The banana flavor was subtle, almost missing entirely which was a bit of a letdown.
Overall, it was a good dinner experience. The ambiance and the starter dishes made the evening enjoyable and I’m looking forward to coming back for lunch or brunch next time. I’d love to sit outside and take in the view.
My issue was with the food. I bet 60% of our orders were wrong. Eggs not cooked the way requested, bacon not cooked right (most wanted and stated crispy and came out rubbery), items missing from omelets, and fruit brought ouy frozen. It also took forever to get our food and they were not busy.
Its not a cheap place but that chef was really bad. It was not the server. He wrote all our wants down. Michael, the server, was apologetic and said he was going to talk to te manager.
It would have been nice if the Manager came out and talked with us, maybe even throw us a bone. None of that happened.
To be clear, the service itself was fine — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the food was an entirely different disaster.
The prime rib was an absolute embarrassment — tough, flavorless, and clearly mishandled. The turkey was painfully dry, the sides were sparse and forgettable, and the buffet looked like it had been picked over long before we arrived. For $65 a person, I expected abundance and quality — not empty trays and low effort.
The highlight of the meal was a salad you had to assemble yourself, which says everything you need to know about the kitchen. When a DIY salad is the best thing on the table, something has gone terribly wrong.
This wasn’t “holiday dining” — it was overpriced, underwhelming, and wildly disappointing. If you’re considering this place during a buffet service, don’t. You’ll get better food, better value, and more care literally anywhere else.
Worst meal I’ve had in years. One star feels generous.
