They lie to don’t work on 4:39 pm I ask them for one combo and she said that they don’t have french fries five minutes later after I get my order I see one other group with french fries and they are very, very rude with my with my grandma because my grandma do speak Spanish well and she was trying to speak Spanish to them to make easier for they understand and they start to laugh of my of my grandma because her Spanish is not good and they start to make fun of her that makes my grandma very sad and they took so much time to give the order when they when they go there, they are like to talk with other people with their cell phone. That was my experience.

I had the Philly Cheese steak sandwich, it was edible, not great but acceptable. The fries were good and stayed hot the whole time I had them, they had a little salt added as well. The service was good and prompt, I will not judge fully until I have tried another type of sandwich.

Food took long than expected when it was only us and they weren’t busy at all. Sandwich was hot and cold. The 2 Hispanic ladies working around 2 pm today 8/7/25 poor customer service. Food was for here wasn’t given a tray and had to take everything by hand with my 3 little and stroller and made me feel rush when they didn’t even have a line nor customers. Would have much rather spent money at another place. Got a bacon 3 cheese sandwich combo coming out to almost 17$ and it ended up being trash. Even my kids disliked it and we’ve ate at Charley’s before.

After trying to place an online order twice I will no longer be a customer of this company. I will start with the 1st time approximately 2 weeks ago. On this day I tried to place an order more than an hour prior to there delivery service ending for the night. As soon as I tried to submit it it was cancelled with a message that due to the time it could not be prepared and delivered by 7:00 the delivery options closing time. I can understand this if it was a weekend . Not on a Tuesday night when most restaurants aren’t as busy.

I was willing to try another day in case this was the true problem. As of tonight I highly feel I was lied to as to why it happened. Again a less busy weeknight. I sumittef an ordered at 5:11 pm and it was confirmed at 5:12. My delivery time was estimated for 5:51. I live in the same city 400 feet from a main road and 2.7 miles from the location I used. At 520 I started watching the tracking site to follow my orders process. At 5:29 ilthe app said the delivery driver/ Doordash was on the way to pick it up. For the by this time the drivers car showed it was parked at the mall. During the next 30 minutes it did not show it moved once from the spot it was in. After 30 minutes I tried calling the restaurant and it was continually busy and still is at nearly 8:00 pm. I then called the number in the text I had received from Doordash. I was told they were extremely busy and there was a delay in my order being completed. That my driver then took someone else’s order and delivered it first. I was okay with this to a point. But then realized if that was true wouldn’t the car had to have moved. I was also told the driver repeatedly went in to check the status of my order. If that’s true how could he take a different order and deliver it while his car never moved. I accepted the excuses after being told my order would be completed and my delivery would arrive at 6:07 pm.

Lie after lie after lie. Why do I say this. After less than a minute from hanging up I received a text saying my order had be cancelled altogether. Something I did not ask for or approve. To me it is and was pure retaliation for my calling to ask what was going on with my delivery. I again tried calling the restaurant and it was again busy nonstop. I then called the Charley’s/Doordash number and was told a bunch lies. The biggest ones are location issues. They tried to say the Charley’s I placed my order with was not at this location followed with what sounded like they are unable to deliver to my home. Both lies or the order would never have been excepted or nearly accepted as in my 1st attempt to orders case. I was also told I would immediately receive a refund of the purchase to my card. As of almost 2 hours I have not received any refund or call about this issue. They have my number.

If you value your hard earned money don’t use their delivery service as it does nothing more than commit fraud and lie to it’s customer frauds. The drivers are incapable of doing honest work. I immediately opened a fraud claim against Charley’s Cheese steaks and their delivery service through Doordash. I am not the type to sit back and allow them to walk all over me. If and when I get a refund and apology from them will I edit my post. I will not remove or edit it unless both happen.

I ordered online from here and I was quite surprised with my sandwich. This place looked promise so I ordered from there. Once my food came I was quite disappointed. I ordered a regular cheesesteak and they forgot all of the peppers on the sandwich. Peppers make the cheesesteak have its beautiful charm,, quite disappointed I missed out on them. My sweet tea was also not sweet at all. I mean I still ate everything so it’s all good

Our food was ordered through door dash and the chicken I got was really bad. It smelt bad and it tasted even worse! It was absolutely disgusting! We also ordered two orders of fries that each had about 10-13 fries in them for $4.49 each! It was absolutely ridiculous! Never going back! Would not recommend!
