They have great food, the best around. If you can get served.
Last time we stopped, they had turned off the grill over an hour before closing and politely refused us.
This time, about 15-20 people were inside. Walked in, was acknowledged, looked around, absolutely nowhere to sit. I peaked in the old back seating area and is no longer used.
The food here isn’t good enough to tolerate not being able to eat here. This really sucks because it’s our only local restaurant.
I will no longer recommend this place, unless you want to wait for, or never get, descent diner food.

The hand pattied sausage, was probably the best sausage, that I have ever ate. It wasn’t spicy but alot of flavor. I recommend trying it. Delicious. I will return.

It’s a little place in a little town a long way from anywhere, but the food was good. Had the special, mushroom and swiss hamburger with tater tots and an iced tea, all for under $8. Tater tots were excellent, portion was maybe a little small, but good for the price. Hamburger was good and not too well done. Iced tea was brewed and not instant. Friendly staff. Lots of room in parking lot if you are towing a boat back from Brookville Lake. I would eat here again.

Just a little coffee shop/restaurant. Just country folks, all the local farmers are here for breakfast and lunch. Food is good, just your basic menu, burger and fries ect. Special lunch dinners occasionally. Friendly country folk who will treat you good. Only flaw is they close at 2pm so you can’t get dinner. Stop on if your in the area. It’s nothing special, but a good place for a nice quiet lunch on your way to Brookville or metamora.
