I’ve ordered plenty of times at the Michigan Ave store with great service. This time, I recieved a pizza that looked like it was thrown to the ground like I made someone mad! See the photo; all the toppings were to one side, toppings on top of the box, and was cold. Should have opened it before the delivery driver left. I called the store right away and they instantly offered to make another pizza to replace the order. 45 minutes from that call to delivery, I had a picture perfect pizza. Thanks to the manager on shift on 21 Feb around 8:50pm. I appreciate you for correcting the mistake of that delivery driver! Order number 1197390514.

Try ordering multiple times for a standard pepperoni pizza. Always undercooked. Even use the specific tab for “well done” and the pizza still comes out with nearly raw cold pepperoni, floppy dough, and half cooked cheese.

On several occasions I’ve ordered from this location when I’m in town but for some reason they always mess my order up or send me the wrong order. Today they really struck a nerve, the manager is unprofessional and can never do anything about problems that happen from their store. I order from the location on ninth and NEVER I MEAN NEVER have an issue. Shut this location down.

WOMAN WITH THE GLASSES & about 20ish years old working on january at 3:30 should be checked for her tone. Or just stay in the back making pizza and not talk with people. I ordered a pizza with GARLIC KNOTS & GARLIC BREADSTICKS with 3 extra pizza sauces. We went to the gas station looked in the box & the garlic knots had no garlic just the bare bread. So we went back and asked for the garlic on top with an extra sauce if possible for the inconvenience & she was so rude and stated “so you want an extra sauce on top of the extra sauces you already bought?” Very rude. But this is how my knots look. Not like the sauce is supposed to be like the garlic bread sticks. I put a pic for reference

I ordered hand tossed but only 1 of my 3 pizzas were hand tossed. The one that was made correctly actually was good. …The rest were thin. I ordered wings, and they were cold and undercooked. So much so, that I actually called the restaurant and told the manager. She offered to reimburse me but didnt… I feel bad she said she just got the store and is trying to get everything in order but…yikes. it was apparently at the customers expense.

Placed a delivery order on 3/6 for a garlic stuffed pepperoni pizza. The app said it would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. 90 minutes later a sausage pizza arrived. I called and got a credit. I placed another order today and asked to use my credit. A door dash driver called me and said he was lost. Not going to deliver because it was a problem. Called the store and they told me that they can’t do anything for me. I will never order here again. Finding a new and reliable pizza place near me now. This place is unreliable and shady in my opinion.
