Visited Beer Bellys Adult Day Care in Quartzsite and it’s definitely a fun and memorable stop while you’re in town. The atmosphere is laid-back, welcoming, and full of personality—exactly what you’d expect from a place with a name like that. It’s a great spot to relax, grab a drink, and meet fellow travelers and locals.
The crowd was friendly, the vibe was casual, and it’s the kind of place where it’s easy to strike up a conversation and just enjoy the moment. If you’re looking for somewhere unpretentious with good energy and a social atmosphere, this is worth checking out when you’re in Quartzsite.

I really want to give this place 5 stars but after my last experience there I just can’t. 5 days into a 6 day stay in Q. I’ve had several awesome experiences here with beer, food service and mingling! The food truck incredibly accommodating and soooo damn good! I made a point to let the cook know she nailed it! Last afternoon in Q and wanted to make this my last stop because it was so enjoyable. Little did I know this adorable, up to moment welcoming place could be turned into such a negative vibe by different bartenders. To the two working this afternoon you mailed making this the most unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe . Safe travels and thanks to all but a few for making my visit memorable ❤️

Typical of Quartzsite Arizona, expect to be ripped off. All the locals expect it and the visitors tolerate it.
I ordered a 16 oz beer but it was closer to 12 oz in a 16 oz plastic cup. I figured the server was lazy and so I went to a different server for the second plastic cup. I told her I would tip her a dollar if she could fill it to the top of the glass. She too also filled it only 12 ozs. I asked why and she said it was Management’s decision. Just so happened, the first server was the management! She told me if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. The “Patriots” we’re glowering at my insolence. So I guess that’s what Quartzsite expects. They are so used to losing that they come to expect that as normal.
The other server was not apologetic but very sweet and gave me a chocolate heart because it is Valentine’s Day. “Candy is dandy but liquor is quicker” and no one was eating candy. Before I left I gave it back to her saying “you deserve this more than I do”.
It’s a great place to go to, it’s not the most expensive in town, but they lie to you also. Buy a can or a bottle and you are guaranteed to get what you ask for. And ask first if your server is management
If she is, don’t tip her.

This is a really cool little desert bar that usually always has live music playing. The service is good, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere, while definitely catering to an older crowd, is really cool.
Beer Belly’s doesn’t have food itself, but there’s a burger trailer on premises that I believe is operated by a different party. The food trailer fare is basic “food service” type food and it’s not made with a whole lot of care, but it’ll do in a pinch.

Fun place to unwind. Prices are fair for drinks. Live band, outdoor seating

Food was good, drinks were good, and atmosphere terrific. Very busy and the food service truck employees didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. It took a very long time to get the food. Drinks, only beer. No soda, no hard alcohol. Great band

Finally got a burger and onion rings at Beer Bellys. Sadly, the burger wasn’t even warm, no flavor. The onion rings were VERY good, just no ranch to dip in. At the entrance if you have even a water bottle they take it from you. You do need CASH ONLY but there is an ATM on site. Atmosphere nice, fun. Restrooms clean.

The food truck had great sandwiches. Order your drinks at the counter was fast and efficient. The band played lots of 70’s songs.

Regular hat guy has a quad next to entrance with a confederate flag. Older lady that “helps” is super rude. Tons of open pop & beer cans on ground next to trash cans swarming with bees, that attack you when u eat. Food is from a truck and super overpriced & tiny portions, but good (brat/hamburger). Music was great tho.

Love coming here… always a great time! Friendly quick staff, always great, happy entertainment who enjoy their gig! The hostess really takes care of the crowd and makes you feel welcome. All the decor is a hoot…LOVE the aqua and orange umbrellas too. The woman at the Food Truck window is pleasant, great smile and works hard. We are very patient, understanding how much food comes thru that window. (Only 1x was it too long 45-60 min) Other times 20-30 min or so. Reasonable with so many there. Food is good… seems the cooks are quite uptight, we heard angry strong cussing from a man out the back door on a couple occasions there. We came a couple times 4 years ago and many times this year… it’s a really fun place.
